Step onto the main floor of this beautiful 3-story home, where the front room is bright and welcoming with stylish furnishings, coastal décor, and lots of natural light. With a large TV and a wet bar nearby, the vibe is chill, a perfect space for entertaining. But the best is yet to come…
This unique living area opens directly to the backyard pool and hot tub, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor entertainment paradise and hangout zone. Just steps away, there’s even a convenient pool bathroom with an exterior door. No wet footprints through the house.
Also on this floor: a spacious kids' bunkroom with 8 twin beds, and two guest rooms, each featuring a queen bed, smart TV, private patio, and its own sliding glass door. There’s also a set of double washers and dryers on this level to keep beach towels and swimsuits fresh all week.
On the second floor, the main living, dining, and kitchen area features a large traditional dining table with bench seating for 8–10, plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen includes an island with a built-in microwave and is fully stocked and features a mixer, Ninja blender, air fryer, and all the essentials for a home-cooked seafood boil or laid-back taco night.
Just off the kitchen, a screened-in front balcony with ceiling fans makes for a perfect bug-free space to sip coffee or gather over happy hour. Around the corner, another balcony with two picnic tables overlooks the pool below.
Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, and the other with a queen bed. Both have TVs and access to a cozy second-floor living space with a large TV, ideal for movie nights.
The third floor is all about privacy and Gulf views. The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and another screened-in balcony.
Roomy parking fits 4 vehicles, and the 5 bikes are a blast. For beach days, just head south on Hilltop Drive toward 30A and take a left—the public beach access is right there.
After a day in the waves, head back to The Salty Pearl, grab a drink from the wet bar, and kick back by the pool. Sounds dreamy, doesn’t it? With Oversee 30A as your host, the answer is yes.

We did a couples trip and the place was amazing. The tires on the golf cart was messed up and with a quick call the next morning it was replaced. We will be back next year because this was a great place and great trip over all. Thank you so much for making our vacation amazing. 🙂

The home itself was beautiful. Location was great with our beautiful white sand Florida beaches within walking distance. The golf cart and bikes came in handy often. Shops and restaurants nearby. The minor issues we did run into were quickly corrected by oversee. Unfortunately the hot tub was unusable doing our stay as parts were on order for it.

Our home was great and we enjoyed the time we spent there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies and the home was neat and clean. The only thing that we had any concerns with was the lack of a hand rail on the pool steps.
We had a total of 18 children, grandchildren and guests and we had plenty of space and would definitely recommend this home for a large group.

Amazing place and perfect having the golf cart to view the local community. The access to the beach was extremely close and was very convenient. Perfect getaway!

The Salty Pearl was an awesome place to stay for our large family. The kids bunk room (complete with charging ports and a storage drawer for each bed), screened-in porch, bikes and golf cart were especially nice touches. Super close to Dune Allen beach, and all kinds of shops/restaurants were nearby. The management team was super responsive to a very minor issue as well. Overall a great experience.

Great place! Perfect location. Only complaint was that there are sounding alarms for the doors that lead to the pool and there was a problem with the system and the alarm would sound randomly and it wasn‚’t pleasant. But the owner came and took care of it our second day

Wonderful stay would stay again. Only minor issues we had with the WiFi but eventually figured it out and one of the umbrellas was broken outside but over than that great location, very clean and updated place with lots of entertainment.
