We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and in a great location. We had 5 teenagers with us so it was nice to have the bikes for them and places they could walk to. Our only complaint would be in regards to the beach. The tran to the beach does not seem to run if the weather is not great and it was time consuming to wait for it. Also, although the beach is somewhat easy to walk to, you are not allowed to take wagons which was challenging at times. If you have young children or elderly family members it could be difficult to navigate. Overall, wonderful house to stay at and I would recommend!

This was a great house perfectly positioned in between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The management company was one of the best we have ever experienced! They left amazing towels and yeti cups as a gift and were super friendly when I asked some questions. The home is perfect for family as we took the downstairs room while kids had the whole upstairs with plenty of room and a gaming area for the boys. The kitchen has all you need to cook if you want! We met the owner briefly bc she wanted to get into the garage and she was lovely and ended up bringing us a bottle of wine for any inconvenience-which it wasn‚’t. We had the Hibachi guy come who cooked on the back patio where there was plenty of room for our cousins who came for dinner. I would def book this home again!

Spacious house, enough room with teenagers too, great outdoor space, close to pool, and lots of tram stops for beach access. Cant beat the location between Rosemary and Alys. Management company was very responsive as well. Highly recommend. We will likely stay there again.

I brought my daughter and six of her college friends from TCU for the week. The house was so clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked too! We used the bikes that came with the house, everyday. It was a perfect fit for our group and I will definitely be back!

We had a great time! Everything was as promised and the bikes are a great addition. The kitchen was well stocked with enough supplies to make our favorite meals and Publix is only 7 min away. The pool and the beach were a short bike ride away (there is a tram, but we didn’t need it). We have stayed on 30A several times and this was one of our favorites. I only wish beach towels had been provided as we fly into Florida from Colorado and can’t pack a ton of items. We ended up purchasing and leaving them behind. Other than that, no complaints.

The location was ideal! Neighborhood is very clean, tram was easy to use to get to the beach, the pool was amazing! The house matched the pictures exactly and was very well decorated. Easy to get around and so much was walkable in either direction to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach. We had an amazing time! Would certainly come back and stay again!

The Round Up was perfect for our groups long beach weekend in 30A!!! It was so close/walkable to everything in Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host family/property managers were very accommodating with us as well. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean and actually super spacious! The location was great and very private which is a plus. Be aware though, blue mountain beach is mainly private and not public friendly. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.
