The view from the top tends to steal the show here. Climb the spiral staircase to the fourth-floor Crow’s Nest—featuring a cozy twin daybed—or step out onto the rooftop balcony. With tons of seating and sweeping views, it’s the coolest spot in the house to hang out.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully spread across four levels. The first floor is made for versatility, featuring a guest king suite, a secondary living area with a triple bunk and queen sleeper sofa, and a sunlit window nook perfect for curling up with a book.

The second floor serves as the social heart of the home.

An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto a large balcony. Whether you’re searing local seafood on the gas grill or enjoying a slow morning coffee, the outdoor seating makes group living feel breezy.

When it’s time to retire, the third floor offers a true sanctuary. The primary master suite boasts a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and a massive walk-in closet. A dedicated bunk room on this level ensures the kids have their own space, while a second laundry area keeps vacation logistics simple.

And as always, the Oversee 30A team is close by, available every day, with a 24/7 line if anything comes up. Enjoy!
