We stayed at The Palm house for the week and it was simply amazing. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom, the kitchen was very well stocked and lots of space for the whole family to hang out. We also loved the outdoor amenities by the pool and access to the golf cart and bikes. Overall a really fantastic property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was great for our three grown sons, one who has a family. The upstairs and downstairs living areas provided our family with space, but the property also provided areas to come together. The house and the outdoor area are as described, if not better. We used the golf cart and drove 5 minutes to Santa Clara beach access early each morning. No worries. Great trip.

We loved our stay at this house! The location is perfect! It‚’s nice and quiet / private but just a quick golf cart ride to the beach and Seaside. We really enjoyed having the private heated pool. Hosts were quick to respond and resolve any problems or questions.

We loved the house! It’s a wonderful setup for kids and teens to use bedrooms and pool downstairs. The kitchen had everything and more needed to cook dinners. We would absolutely book this house again if we come back.

This house was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed every part of the home. It has everything you could need including a beach tent etc.
I do think it‚’s important to note that there‚’s several houses under construction directly next to the house. There was some construction noise during the day while we were at the pool, but it was not bad at all.
There was a leak in the A/C unit while we were there, but the property managers were very responsive/helpful resolving that.
Overall we really enjoyed the home and can‚’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home. It was very accommodating for our family of 11 & the pool/hot tub combo was amazing. We were able to watch college and NFL football games poolside as well. We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen was out of this world. It was nice to be able to hop in the golf cart to get to places so close. We really really enjoyed it.

Our family of 6 loved the home and gorgeous, top of the line amenities. The home was very clean and as described. We had plenty of space. We just loved the resort style fool and the backyard was great. Awesome location with access to public beaches less than a mile away. We loved the location, private but just minutes to the best 30A has to offer.
