Beautiful property. Very clean and great location. I would highly recommend this rental. Perfect for families or groups.

This is our 5th time staying at the Loopy Crab. The size and location of the home is perfect for my family and friends. We absolutely love the private pool and surrounding area. The neighborhood is perfect for bike riding and walking.

Family time for parents, 2 kids with their spouses, a teenager and 2 year old. Great location, could walk everywhere easily. Resort pool was nice and having our own pool to enjoy was even better. Roomy house, equipped with everything. Parking for 3 cars. Truly enjoyed the visit!

Great beach house. Very close to the resort style pool. Proximity to the beach was not as convenient as I hoped but not terrible. The stairs down to the beach are pretty challenging for young kids and older guests. No handicap ramp available to roll coolers or wagons down. Oversee Management was very professional and responsive. Better than any we have encountered.

This lovely home was perfect for our mom’s 80th Birthday celebration! This home was clean, family room was comfy for 10 people, the private pool was fantastic! After a hours at the beach, coming back to our own pool was a great way to hang out. We did not see any other houses at SeaCrest Village that had a private pool! 4 bikes included were well used too. Thank you Loopy Crab for a memorable vacation & celebration!

This home had everything we needed for a great stay and place to unwind after long days of fun and sun. The rooms are spacious and the three king beds are a nice touch. The large patio area in the back yard and the pool made for nice evenings gathering, swimming, and grilling out. We’ll definitely rent this house again. Oversee property management (Crystal) was courteous and prompt in resolving our maintenance needs and stolen bike issue. Word to the wise…bring your own bike locks because the kids have figured out how to go on YouTube and watch a video on how to pick the bike locks that are provided. A stolen bike will cost you $75.

This house is a perfect house for any getaway and I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed it! The rental company was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! The pool is absolutely amazing and the house is located very close to the beach trolly pickup, the neighborhood pool and the restaurants and shops and very close walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Loopy Crab. We love the location of this property and the private pool. The house was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. The only issue we had was the dishwasher leaked. Notified the management company and they sent someone the same day to repair.

We really enjoyed our week at the Loopy Crab. The house was exactly as described and as it looked in the pictures. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard pool was a good size, perfectly maintained and was the highlight for all of the kids (and adults)! The tram stop is right across the street and the service was quick to get to the beach and the village. I do wish the tram would run later than 5:30, but otherwise have no complaints from our week.

Everything was exactly, if not better, than advertised. The house was spotless upon arrival. Closer to the beach than anticipated. We all loved the furnishing and amenities. The communication with Oversee before, during and after was exemplary. I have stayed at dozens, and dozens of VRBOs, Air BNBs, etc. Oversee’s communication and availability is definitely one of the best I have experienced.

We enjoyed this location and house very much. The pool was perfect for our group and did not have to worry about social distancing at the main resort pool since we had our own private pool.

We love staying at the Loopy Crab! The private pool is amazing, and so relaxing. We will continue to stay here.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It met all of our expectations and our needs. We had two 2 year olds and a 5 month old. The crib was great and the boys loved the bunk room. It was wonderful having the pool in the back yard.

This home is beautiful! The open concept, the large couch, the large dining table Etc., was perfect for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the pool, it was just the right size. This pool is not heated but was fine with the warm weather. The couch seated all of us comfortably and also had two additional chairs for overflow. There were balconies and bathrooms off of all the bedrooms which was very convenient. The complex itself is beautiful. We have friends that own a home there so we were able to walk over to see them. The pools were large, close and beautiful and if you wanted to go to the beach the tram stops were very close and convenient to get you there. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time at the Loopy Crab. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the bikes. There were a few minor maintenance issues when we checked in but 1 phone call and they were fixed right away.

Perfect house for a large family.

We had a great time at the Loopy Crab again this year! We love being able to spend our days relaxing in the private pool. The house is such a great getaway, and we can’t wait to come back again!!!

This house was wonderful…lots of space and super clean. Having the four bikes there was great! We rode the bikes a lot. The private pool was so nice to have for the afternoons to just relax and enjoy our time before dinner. The tram service to the beach was very convenient to have access to. We really enjoyed our visit to Seacrest!

The house is gorgeous and was wonderful to stay at. It was our family (4) and another (5) and plenty of room to spread out and stay. Kids loved the pool and the bikes. Overall a wonderful experience and will be renting from again.

This house was great. We have three young children 4,7, and 9. My mother and sister also stayed here. There was plenty of room to prepare meals and spread out. The pool and backyard were wonderful. It is not heated a heated pool, but that didn’t bother the children too much, it gets lots of sun. It is a very comfortable house fit for entertaining. We really enjoyed Secreast Beach and the surrounding areas.

Beautiful home and the community was also beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Loopy Crab. Our family had a wonderful time as the house was very clean, roomy, and perfect for our needs. Everything was just as we imagined. The pool was GREAT for morning, noon, night swims in between the rain showers 🙂 With small children the property, pool, and surroundings were very safe and secure. We did find the tram to be very helpful but beach was not as close as expected and so, so very crowded. Chair rentals were all reserved so we had to walk for quite a distance since we were not allowed to sit behind them. Overall a great great experience and would recommend to all.

We were very pleased with the property. When we arrived there was a small problem with the lights in the master bedroom. We called the phone number provided and within ten minutes a maintance man was there and the problem was solved. The house was well equipped and extremely clean. The private pool was a hugh hit with the kids. Not many homes had a pool .

There were 10 of us in son, his wife, and daughter, her husband, and their 5-month old baby…We had plenty of room. The seating arrangement was one of the best we have had with a rental house. The pool in the back was great, especially for the 5-month old. My only complaint there was that the water tended to be hotter than a typical pool, but that was a result of the relentless Florida sun…not much anyone could do to correct that. The kitchen had the basics, but if you plan on any heavy duty cooking, you might need to bring some things. There was only one cookie sheet and no can opener that we could locate. I missed my Keurig, but that is because I have ben spoiled by having one at home. The bedrooms were nice and big, especially the one with the crib upstairs, The crow’s nest was not really usable during the day because of the heat, but during another time of the year, I think it would be a fun place for the kids to hang out. The parking was a huge plus. Three cars fit easily. The big pool was only steps away, and the older kids loved that. The bikes were a nice addition, and my grandchildren and I rode several times…again better when it isn’t 95 degrees with the heat index! From previous experience, we did not take the tram to the beach. We drove the couple of miles to Inlet Beach and the public is so easy to get to the beach with our stuff…and Inlet Beach tends to be less crowded than Seacrest or Rosemary. We had pizza from Pizza by the Sea in the shops near us…great! The grandkids participated in the Rosemary 4th of July bike decorating granddaughter won most creative and ended up with prize money to spend in Rosemary shops and trendy boutiques. It was an easy drive up the coast to Seaside but a not-so-easy drive down the coast to Pier Park…lots of traffic…a great stay and Oversee was wonderful!

We stayed in this home for a week and could not have had a better experience. The house is beautiful, and in a great setting. You’re a five minute walk from the Seacrest Beach shops, and just 10 minutes from the Rosemary Beach towns. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, or a five minute ride on the tram. Having your own pool in the backyard is a great feature, plus the huge community pool is very impressive, and the kids all loved it. The house was clean, in great shape, and had everything we needed. I’d highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

This house is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. 3 families stayed in this house and we all loved it. The pool is the perfect size and the perfect place to spend lots of time, we loved using the outdoor bluetooth speakers too. House is a very short walk or tram ride to the beach. We loved having the bikes to cruise the neighborhood and up to the surrounding restaurants and survivor shops. Oversee Rentals was a great company to work with. We did have a couple of minor issues and the Oversee staff took care of our needs in an professional and timely manor. I can not express how much we enjoyed our vacation this year. The house and neighborhood are perfect. We will be back again next year!!!!

We loved having our own pool and loved the proximity to the community pool. The house was great and the hikes were an added bonus! We would definitely stay there again! Also the oversee app was a wonderful idea!!

This was our second year renting the Loopy Crab for Spring Break. The new pool is great and the location of the house is perfect. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are good and the kitchen is very well stocked.

We loved the Loopy Crab and would go back! Oversee Rentals did a great job and I really like their app that provided all the info we needed.

It was a very nice house, and we loved the private pool! We also loved the staff working for oversee, because they were very nice and helpful. We will be back again!

The house was exactly as described, and we had a great family vacation there. Plenty of privacy in the back pool area. We would definitely consider staying there again!

We were pleasantly shocked when we arrived that the house had a brand new pool – what a game changer for our week. We found Oversee to be very responsive to our questions and needs.

We loved the Loopy Crab! Our daughters enjoyed the bunk bed room and we loved the master bedroom and bath. Four bikes were included which was a nice bonus! House was clean and very nice. The Loopy Crab exceeded our expectations! We had trouble operating one of the tv’s and someone from the property management company came right away to help us with it.

The house is very nice. Oversee did an excellent job when the refergerator went out and had it replaced with in a day. Only issue is all the rules with the walk over to the beach. They do not allow any rolling coolers to be walked over. That is a pain. Otherwise everything else is great.

This place was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. REALLY. Every kitchen utensil you have at home, they have it. All toiletries, bicycles, games, tv’s, it’s all there. This made our stay so nice, easy and comfortable. The layout of the house was very accommodating to different family situations. We hope to stay here again in the future, and bring more people next time! I didn’t even realize there were 5 bedrooms until we got there.

We loved the Loopy Crab! House was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped! My children enjoyed bike riding around Seacrest! Pool was awesome!Weather couldn’t have been better, water crystal clear. Loved that the tram would come to your door to get you and your gear to beach!
