Vacation starts at The Blue Pearl. This spacious three-story home in gated Cypress Breeze gives your crew plenty of room to hang out, spread out, and settle into 30A life. There are multiple living areas, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Out back, the private heated pool and screened-in space make a pretty strong case for staying home all day.

Outside, the screened-in area has a hammock, plenty of seating, and a grill overlooking the private heated pool. When the beach wins the daily debate, hop in the included six-seater golf cart, or on a bike(!), and make the roughly three-minute ride to Ed Walline Beach Access, where golf cart parking is available.

And the pool situation doesn’t stop there.

Guests also have access to the Cypress Breeze community pool, complete with a waterfall.

Inside, the kitchen is ready for a crowd, with plenty of room to keep everyone fed and a second refrigerator in the guest-accessible garage for extra groceries, drinks, and, naturally, snacks. Seating for 12 is split between the eight-person dining table and four-person breakfast nook. After dinner, gather around the fireplace or claim a spot in the second living area.

Upstairs, the second floor has three bedrooms. The primary suite, with king bed, comes with a private bathroom and large balcony. A nice spot for coffee before the rest of the house gets moving. Two guest rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One has a queen bed, while the other has a queen plus a twin trundle.

Then there’s the third-floor loft with a Queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk. Kids still not tired? An air hockey tournament may slow ‘em down. There’s also a large TV, bean bag seating, and another spacious balcony. In other words, good luck getting the kids downstairs.

At Oversee 30A, we keep vacation rentals simple: clean, comfortable homes and a local team close by. Our office is nearby and open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything during your stay.
