Directly off the patio is the beach boardwalk. In the other direction is the expansive brick-paved patio surrounding the community pool.
Inside, the delightful open living space, with expansive windows and tasteful décor, makes this the perfect home base for exploring the area. The fully equipped kitchen seats 4, and the large dining table seats 8.
The remarkable primary bedroom, king, includes a private bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity.
The guest room, queen, has a private bath, as does the bunk room, with full bunkbed and twin trundle.

This was probably one of my favorite vacations. I came down with my daughters, son-in-law and 2yo grandson. The unit was spotless and seemed to be much bigger than what I saw in the pictures. Some things I loved; the master BR/bathroom was very spacious and the living areas were large so we weren’t on top of each other. The back patio opened into a green space which was wonderful for the 2yo to run around when we weren’t on the beach. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance and there was an open gathering area among those shops that had music, an open fire pit with benches and couches and a bar. Very nice for a quiet wind down to the day. The only drawback which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some was that there were 41 steps to get down to the beach. definitely a challenge if you have mobility issues. We will absolutely come back to this unit in the future. This company was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The unit was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The condo is a lot larger than it seems in the pictures and we were able to really spread out. We loved having the grass right off the patio for the little ones to play when we weren’t down at the beach. There were wonderful restaurants and a gathering area within a very short walking distance of the unit so the location was perfect. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again.

My family (husband and almost two year old son) stayed here for a week getaway at the beach. The unit was nice but the week we selected happened to be fall break for a high schools and colleges and the beach was very crowded. We enjoyed our ability to run around the grass area off the patio but the furniture had a couple pieces that were broken. The primary bedroom was comfortable and our son stayed in a rented crib from Baby Quip. There was a crib in the unit in the primary walk in closet but the mattress looked filthy.

Location!! This location was fabulous. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. Beachfront amenity was so nice. The beds were lacking in comfort was our biggest complaint.

The condo was perfect in every way. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. We were steps from the pool and the beach. So convenient! The host was amazing and helped us out very quickly when we didn’t have the correct bracelets. The beds and couches were so comfortable. I would highly recommend Oversee and we will be visiting them again!

Oversee agency went beyond a great welcome with the gifts of cups and beach towels The condo it self could use a lot of modifications. Because of our size of family staying in two different condos the cooking supplies were not the best. We don‚’t go out to eat with this crowd

Good property overall. Some repairs are needed. Loose toilet seat. Dishwasher not secured and tips. Loose shower controls. Missing shower door. Front bedroom has very squeaky mattress/support – should be replaced.

The property manager was extremely responsive to concerns as they occurred. We needed a new door code after hours and the on-call person responded within 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, we asked if there was anyway possible to have a Keurig machine and they brought in a brand new one! Thankful to the management group and their assistance.

This property was a perfect fit. The location is ideal. It was clean and was exactly as presented in the listing. Many reviews mention the crowded beach. It was definitely very crowded, but a trade off for being so close and convenient.

This property is great as far as walking to the beach and to local restaurants. The beach is extremely crowded. The noise from the unit above is a factor while trying to sleep. The unit has lots of room and covers the essentials. It was clean but the porch was not nor were the windows. The view is beautiful.

This place was perfect! The location was so close to the beach, pool and many shops and food places! Traveled with spouse, mom and three kids – 5 yo, 3yo, and 4 month old. Plenty of room for us all. Very accommodating! We can’t wait to book again!!

Location is the best. Literally steps from the door to the boardwalk to the beach.Perfect size for our group of 7, including 4 adults, 2 teens and a 9 year old.The condo was super clean. It could possibly use a few updates here and there. The dishwasher seems to be a little off kilter and it was hard to get the bottom rack in and out but it worked. Sink could stand to be replaced.Beds were comfy and the trundle bed did have sheets on it. A review I read said there were no sheets.Bring toilet paper as only 1 roll per bath is provided.The pictures shown are very accurate to what the place looks like. I actually liked the ground floor unit as it made coming/going very easy. You can see the ocean, but not the beach from the condo.We used the pool once and it’s heated, which was great for Nov!The beach is beautiful and we didn’t use the chair service. It was off season and not super crowded. We did go into the ocean. Little cold but so much fun jumping the waves. We walked quite a ways out and were only to our waist. Sand is super soft and no seaweed.The bikes provided are maybe getting a little old but they worked fine. We rented the 9 year old a bike and 3 of us went on 2 bike rides during the week. Lots of fun!Rosemary is a short walk away and is lovely. We ate at The Pearl our first night. Very pricey for just okay food.One night we ordered pizza by the place you rent the bikes and it was excellent!Lots of cute shops in Rosemary. Some are kind of pricey. Go into the cute liitle Post Office!There’s a Publix grocery store about a 10 min drive from the condo.Right after I booked someone called me almost right away to confirm and ask if I had any questions. The rest of the communication was via text, which was perfect for me.All in all we were very happy with the condo and we may go to the beach every Thanksgiving!

We rented this for the second year in a row and it did not disappoint. The location alone is worth the stay, it is literally steps from the beach and community pool which is just ideal. The condo itself is great although we had issues with our bike seats getting stolen from the property, but that was taken care of within hours by Oversee so didn’t disrupt the trip too much. Seacrest is a walk/bike from everything in Rosemary Beach so that’s another bonus for those wanting to explore beyond the beach. Enjoy if you go, we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here at Subset Villas, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were steps from the beach which made it really easy with young kids. Close to restaurants and sweet shops. If you are looking for relaxation look no further. We will definitely be back.
