The first-floor guest bedroom, queen, comes with its own private bath, perfect for guests. French doors lead out to a large screened-in porch where you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful, natural surroundings.
Upstairs, the primary suite, king, offers a private bath, TV, and a relaxing balcony.

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The interior amenities seemed a little bare bones. There were no cooking things like olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc that would have been nice to have. I would stay here again though.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunseeker! As a family with a one-year-old, we were especially grateful for the screened-in porches—they gave us peace of mind knowing our little one had a shaded, bug-free, cool, and contained space to play while we relaxed at the house. It made a huge difference in our day-to-day comfort.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms had all the essentials—which is not always the case in vacation rentals. It felt like the house was truly set up to welcome guests, not just house them.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the beds—very comfortable, with lightweight sheets and comforters that kept us cozy without overheating. A small but much-appreciated detail!
The walk to the beach was manageable even with a toddler in tow, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which helped make the trip truly relaxing.
A really thoughtful touch was the two cotton beach towels and stainless steel tumblers that were provided. After vacationing on 30A for the past six years, we’ve learned not to expect little extras like that, so it stood out in the best way. It made us feel cared for.
We’d definitely return—and recommend Sunseeker to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay near the beach

Beautiful house close to the beach, and the main draws of 30a, but still far enough to remain quiet. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking, sound system was amazing!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Sunseeker in Seagrove! The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every piece of equipment you could ever want. The screened in porches made a great place to have lunch or read a book on a rainy day.Oversee could not have provided better customer service. We called our 3rd night about 9pm because the AC upstairs was malfunctioning. Oversee called back within minutes and had our problem fixed by 9AM the next morning.The beach access was not far by bike and we enjoyed that the beach was not nearly as crowded as it is if you stay in Watercolor, Seaside, etc.The tiniest suggestion….please provide a full length mirror somewhere in the house! The 3 ladies on the trip were wishing they could check their outfits before leaving for dinner at night!

Sunseeker was a perfect location to the beach, a short bikek ride or walk. The house was a perfect layout and very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It is tucked back in a quiet area without noise but is close to all the action in Seaside. Sunseeker was the best and we would for sure come back again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, feels like brand new, home. Plenty of space, very clean, and finishings high-end. Plenty of parking, 2 beautiful screened-in decks to relax. Quite, private neighborhood, with 2 awesome pools. Very close to beach access, and rented a golf cart while we were there. Great management company, who resolved the one issue we had same day. Will definitely be back again.

We loved Sunseeker. It really beat our expectations. We loved the decor and the hardwoods throughout the house. The closets were huge!! Andalusia and the Dolan beach access were so much less crowded than Watercolors or Seaside. We will definitely be back. Oversee was incredibly helpful with everything we asked about. My friend and I enjoyed visiting with Claire snd Cierra. Huge thanks to all of you!!

We had a wonderful stay at the sunseeker. The house was beautiful and extremely clean and had everything we needed. We rented a golf cart so the location was perfect for us. Seaside can be busy but we felt like we were in an oasis on the back porch. We’d definitely rent this property again.

Awesome place, very clean and well maintained. Worked out perfect for us and our two year old. Three houses away from the pool, easy bike ride into Seaside. The screened in porches are great. Enjoyed it a lot and would rent it next time as well!

3 adult couples, 3 bedrooms, with 3 full baths, clean, lots of space to relax and visit, kitchen had everything needed, enjoyed screened back patio every AM for coffee and every evening for drinks, WiFi worked well on main level ,easy walk to public beach access. We were so impressed with our stay at Sunseeker. The management company was top notch and responsive. The house was spotless, pools were clean and well manages. The house is in the perfect location from seaside and other top defamations in the area. I would highly suggest renting a golf cart like we did, we only got into our car once. Also Buddy’s seafood market down the road was amazing for carry out shrimp and crab legs!! We hope to return next year!

This beautiful is exactly as described – new and clean and perfect space for family of 4. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it’s a nice walk or a very easy bike ride. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we need to enjoy our stay. One of the bikes had a flat tire so I texted Oversee and the bike company was out in a couple of hours filling it with air. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that one would need and the furnishings were Very comfortable. The only thing that was not working was the surround sound/music, which would have been nice to have… all in all we would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at “Sunseeker” in Seagrove. The house was well stocked with everything you could ask for on a beach vacation including the bikes. Also the property was very comfortable with the furnishings and the kids enjoyed hanging out on the screened porches on main level and upstairs. The proximity to the beach was nice, easy walk or bike ride. We hope to make “Sunseeker” an annual visit for our family vacation on 30A.
