The beach is right across the street (30A), on the other side of the beachfront homes, with public beach access just a few steps away! The second-level patio, with park bench, picnic table, and rocking chairs, faces the gulf, providing a wonderful setting to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the distance. Two long driveways and multiple access points ensure utmost convenience.
And out back?
Seven sun-loungers invite you to bask in the summer sun next to the gorgeous private pool! The entertainment area also features a spa, large TV, and comfy seating, making it an ideal spot to unwind, just steps away from the serene Blue Mountain Beach.
Nearby, stairs lead to a third-floor deck (observation tower?), prime for sunrise and sunset viewing!
Inside is a gorgeous kitchen and dining room on the first level. On the other side of the kitchen is a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, large TV, and desk. The first level also includes a bunk room, with four twins, a guest room, king, and a primary bedroom, king.

Our stay was exceptional! The location to the beach is very convenient and the beach access was peaceful and clean. There was plenty of room in the house for 4 families staying together. It was nice to have 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Oversee! The house was spacious and perfect for our large group. It was very clean upon arrival, and the Oversee team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking/preparation process. The location itself is fantastic, with just a quick walk to the beach and easy accessibility to restaurants throughout the area, either walking or via a quick Uber/Lyft. I would rent this house again if coming back to the area!

We felt like this was everything and more we wanted! We had an amazing experience and wonderful memories were made in this sweet place. Best location and wonderful for 2 littles. They loved the pool and the beach was a 2 mins walk, truly perfect! The house felt like a home which allowed us to relax!
