Welcome to Sugar Paws, inviting any size dog, just 180 steps from the beach! This spacious retreat features two separate living quarters on each level, connected by exterior doors and a wrap-around porch, making it perfect for large families.
The first level can accommodate six guests. It includes a primary bedroom with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with two queen beds. You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, and a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
The second level hosts a luxurious primary suite and a full sleeper sofa in the living area.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a breakfast bar and new sparkling white quartz countertops. The open living room and dining area provide an ideal space for meals and family gatherings.
The second-level deck features a gate, offering a safe space for you and your dog to enjoy the fresh air. The third-level deck is perfect for taking in spectacular sunsets and catching a glimpse of the Gulf.

This location could not be any closer to the beach unless you stay right on it! Super easy 2 min walk to the beach. Pool was great and right around the corner as well. The two spaces are completely separate and on two different levels. This worked well for us since we rise early with our dogs and our teens prefer to sleep in! The kitchen in the master suite is fully upgraded and really nice. We used one space for cooking and eating and another for our board game nights! Great eats in walking distance and Seaside is an easy <2 mile ride. There is noise on the street behind the house – 30A can be busy – but sound machines took care of that. Very pet friendly – bed and couch covers are provided 😉 but no fenced in yard and not much area for them to potty, but plenty of streets nearby that are not busy to walk them on. Great place overall!!

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Grayton Beach!! The house is big and cozy, plenty of room for multiple families with kids and pets. You can’t get a better location than SugarPaws. Right next to the beach access and steps away from a Tom Thumb to get ice or anything you need for the beach. We always stay at SugarPaws when we go to 30A! Big plus for us is the pool too!!

Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. The overall location and house was perfect. We were a short two minute walk from the beach, and there is a gas station/store right behind the property which was great for basic needs like milk, cereal, and bread. The split level apartment style was great for our blended family stay, it gave both parties privacy when needed. Many great places within walking distance to grab a bite, we highly recommend getting a reservation at least once at Cafe 30-A.

We had a fantastic Spring Break experience at Sugar Paws! The home was very clean, and pet friendly so our little pup could join us. Very cute neighborhood and a great location less than a block off the beach and close to seaside, Rosemary and other fun places. The bikes were great too! My parents shared the downstairs apartment with our 2 boys, and my husband and I were upstairs. We cooked, sat on the hurricane deck, watched basketball and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities—esp the 2 rental chairs and umbrella, and the other 3 beach chairs at the house. We were very happy with this rental!

We had such a relaxing stay at Sugar Paws. The property was clean and well maintained and well stocked with items in the kitchen like pots and pans. I would absolutely recommend in the future and loved the location of our property. We loved being able to take in a sunset together at the end of the day or have a happy hour at Coastside 30A (4 minutes away) and dinner at Old Florida Fish House. A wonderful time — only suggestion would be to increase the lighting outside on the decks. We grilled several times and played games on the porch but was hard to see at night.

Excellent location. Good outdoor space. It was great to bring our dog to experience the beach and a vacation with the family. Surprise that the house does not have an all-around fence for the dog. So, the dog needs to be trained to stay within its boundaries. Overall, a good place to stay with your pets.

Sugar Paws was a great property for our family. The location to the beach and pool were ideal. The property was clean, the contents were great, and the property management team’s responsiveness was wonderful. Having beach chairs and umbrellas included and set up for us each day was fabulous.

Worked out great since it is really two units. The 3 teenagers stayed downstairs and the two of us upstairs. The proximity to the beach was outstanding. The kids used the neighborhood pool. Dog friendly. Was perfect for our stay. WiFi was somewhat undependable. Way too crowded on 30A for SB but that isnt Oversees fault. Overall a very good experience

Sugar Paws was a perfect fit for our family and dog! Great location and the layout worked well for our group. The kitchen had very dish and utensil you could need and it was super clean. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely book again!

We rented this house for 2 families and the “separate” living areas/floors worked perfectly to provide the right level of independence while spending the week together. The distance from beach was perfect and we loved the wrap-around decks. Also, being pet-friendly allowed us to make the last minute decision to bring our dog. 🙂
