Staying at Splish Splash by Oversee was amazing! The place was great with plenty of room for our family (fits a family of 4 comfortably) and was within viewing distance of the pool, which was AMAZING, and walking distance or tram ride to the private beach!! They were very responsive to any questions and had beautiful welcome gifts in the house. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing 30A vacation.

Adorable property in the Rosemary area! We were able to walk to Alys beach and Rosemary very easily. Loved how close we were to the pool. Great place to stay for a smaller group. We had a few issues during our stay but the property manager was super responsive and did everything in their power to resolve our issues.

This place was perfect for a short weekend girls trip! The location, the pool, & overall communication from the property management couldn‚’t have been any better. The house is smaller but fit 4 adults perfectly. There were a few small things to make note of (which were not that big of a deal given how spectacular everything else was). However, the master bathroom is somewhat outdated & the tub was clogged at first (we were able to fix it ourselves), the top bunk was extremely close to the ceiling fan which was somewhat dangerous if you awake abruptly at night, and we couldn‚’t figure out how to work the tv in the master bedroom, so some instructions for that would have been great. And the biggest recommendation would be a new pullout couch- the mattress was less than an inch thick so it felt like you were laying right on the bars. There also wasn‚’t any blankets for it (only sheets), & not any throw blankets throughout the house. However this was no biggie and we had such a great time!

Carpets could use a deep clean, but aside from that it was a good experience. Host was responsive and provided great customer service. Would recommend this stay for a couple or small family getaway.

The location is incredible. Easy short walk to beach. The back of the house has a gate right out to the pool area. The bicycles were fun and walking to Rosemary was easy.

Pros: great location with private entrance to community pool. Fully stocked, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, two beach cruiser bikes available.
Cons: big construction project right outside door on pool side (what is green grass in photos is now rubble with lots of loud equipment). The carpets, rugs, and living room furniture is in desperate need of replacing. The bathrooms are clean but shabby. The place also had a fishy odor when we checked in that we couldn’t get rid of for the majority of our stay.
There’s lots of outdoor space to hang out but it’s cluttered with broken, bad furniture.
Bottom line: great location but a freshening-up and decluttering of the space is needed.

Description is exactly as it reads. The location was great, and everything was walkable. The bikes were a perk and definitely used. Staff were very responsive. The bathrooms were a bit dated but beyond functional. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time at Splish Splash. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is right off the back porch and easy to access, and the beach was similarly easy to walk to (or use the trams). Property management was quick to respond and very helpful if we needed anything.

Splish Splash is the perfect bungalow to stay in when you come to enjoy Seacrest Beach. Every morning you can sit on the back porch looking at the awesome pool, watching as the grounds are meticulously maintained and listen to the neighborhood “wake-up”. The home is tidy, and very comfortable for a small family. The pool is steps away, and the beautiful white sand beach is a short walk away, or if you prefer you can call for a tram pick up which only takes moments to arrive! The bikes were perfect, and if we needed to rent more Peddlers was only a walk away as well! We have already made plans to return in the fall with our whole family!

The Splish Splash was wonderful. It does need some cosmetic updating but you cannot beat the location. Our 5 and 2 year old had a fantastic time. Hope to return soon! 🙂

We had a wonderful girls weekend here! The house was just the right size and PERFECTLY located within biking distance to Rosemary and Aly’s Beach. The house isn’t updated but appliances were all recently replaced and in great shape and clean. Literally the only negative was that the gate was locked and not able to be unlocked to go directly from the back patio to the pool but you can still walk to the pool just fine so this wasn’t really an issue at all actually.
