Welcome to Southern Yankee, a cozy coastal condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach. With two entrances, including elevator access right from the parking area, unloading is easy. The four included bikes are a quick, fun way to get to the four community pools and the private beach access.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for vacation meals, plus a Nespresso maker for that all-important first cup of the day. The comfy living room is ready for post-beach lounging, and the washer and dryer keep sandy towels from piling up.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The guest room has a queen bed and easy access to the shared full bath, giving everyone a comfortable place to call it a night.
Step onto the private balcony for a quiet drink and some fresh coastal air.
Four community pools are yours to choose from, while private beach access is just 0.3 miles away, with Rosemary Beach’s shops, restaurants, and Town Center all within walking distance. In other words, the car can take the week off!
