Southern Charm lives up to the name. This stylish four-bedroom sits inside the gated WaterSound West, with a bright living space that gives everyone room to spread out and a screened porch that opens straight onto the neighborhood boardwalk. Coffee, fresh air, and a stroll or a bike ride to the beach? Boardwalk!

The first floor keeps things civilized. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a wine fridge and a mini bar, which is a very good pair of neighbors.

The dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar seats four more, for the people who always end up near the snacks. After dinner, the living room is yours to take over. A half bath and laundry room are close by.

Upstairs and down, everyone gets a place to land. Two primary suites end the primary-suite argument before it starts, each with a private bath, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The guest room, queen, has its own bath. The twin-over-twin bunkroom shares a full bath and will be named best room in the house by anyone under twelve. Upstairs also has its own living area with a full-size sleeper sofa. Plenty of room with plenty of comfy.

Out back, the screened porch leads to the community boardwalk and private beach access. Spend the afternoon at the WaterSound West pool, heated in cooler months. Beach in the morning. Pool in the afternoon. Rinse off outside. By dinner, nobody's watching the clock.

At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple: clean, comfortable homes and a local team close by. Our office is nearby and open seven days a week, with 24/7 support for the moment someone can't find the corkscrew.
