In a private Seacrest neighborhood, behind a private gate, Shores Fun sits only one house back from the white sands of the Gulf. Now that’s close! And a gorgeous private pool? Even closer!
With seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and space for 18, there’s room for everyone to spread out.
The backyard is dreamy. Shady trees, plenty of sun, and a pool that’s perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
The first-floor living area is great for kids and teens, with a primary suite, king, two guest rooms, both king, and a bunk room. The second floor is where everyone comes together, featuring a spacious, newly decorated living-dining area, an updated kitchen, and a deck with a grill just steps from the kitchen. A primary suite, king, with a sitting area and deck access and another guest room, queen, round out this level.
Up top, the third floor is all about the views. The primary suite, king, has a newly remodeled bathroom and a private deck with Gulf views that might just steal the show. A cozy loft with a full bed and shared bath finishes things off.
Shores Fun is more than a name, it’s the whole 30A vibe.

We're thrilled to host you! Oversee 30A is a small, locally owned company with a team that takes pride in providing spotless homes and a seamless experience. We’re here seven days a week, with a 24/7 emergency line, just in case. Our office is close by, so if you need anything, we’re always happy to swing by!

Oversee was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and we really liked having the additional fridge for overflow food and bev. We were there for a a girls‚’ trip celebrating a 50th birthday with 11 adults, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bikes are an added bonus!

We had a few issues upon arrival with the lock, fridge and bathroom. We contacted the host and their communication and proactiveness was 10/10. Communication is very quick and easy. They sent someone out first thing, checked up on us and were able to resolve/fix any issues we had. The location is amazing, extremely close to the beach. The water is beautiful! One thing to be aware of is there are a lot of stairs in the house (if you‚’re traveling with kids or elderly). Overall we had a very pleasant experience

The house is very spacious we had a group of 12 and everyone had their own personal space. There is a beach path right next to the house leading to a gorgeous beach. The house was very clean and the door keypad made it easy for everyone to get in and out themselves. The host was incredibly responsive with questions and issues we had. The only complaint we really had was with the pool heating and cleanliness of the pool. The heating went out for a couple days and the pool did turn green during the stay. We messaged the host and they fixed the heating rather quickly but the color of the pool wasn’t able to be changed during the stay. The host was able to accommodate for it tho.

We loved staying at this house. The house was clean and so close to the beach. The location is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We felt super safe and loved our stay. We will definitely be back!

This was our second visit to Seacrest Beach and again it didn’t disappoint. The beach along 30A (especially near the Pelican Circle community) is hard to beat. Sugar white sand, crystal blue water, not a lot of people. Excellent for the family. And we were very satisfied with our Oversee Rental!

We had a large group and the house was perfect for our needs. Really close to the beach but the pool is also a great option! Communication leading up to our vacation was super helpful and the check in process was really smooth!

This house was amazing! Perfect location to walk easily to the beach with young kids. There are a lot of stairs, so might not be suitable for everyone. This trip included my grown kids and their families, and honestly the only issues were the pillows, the ants around the pool, and the quality of pots and pans (cheap and burned easily). The air conditioner cooled perfectly. We did have to rent beach chairs and baby gates. There are six bikes, but all adult size and my grands couldn’t ride them, and they wanted to so badly!! Tons of games were available for the kids. Great location … close to the beach, and a short drive to Seaside. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We loved our stay, and only needed to call the management company to see if we could check in early. Oversee was amazingly helpful with my million questions prior to our stay, and I appreciated that so much! Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location and plenty of room to spread out for our party of 14. We enjoyed the sunshine from the many decks and balconies. The property management team promptly addressed any issues/questions that we had regarding the property.

House was great! Every area requires stairs so I would not recommend this house if you cannot climb stairs as my calves definitely got a workout. House worked perfectly for our 5 families coming together for a reunion on the beach. Beach access was a few steps away. You can only see the beach from the 3rd story deck. Pool was a big hit! We had a great time and plan on coming back!

What a fun week! The house accommodated our family of 15 beautifully! Everyone had their own space, the kids had their own area to hang out and everyone loved the pool. Beach access was right across from the house, which was awesome! The house was recently updated and it is beautiful! And for the “cook” the kitchen was well appointed, which was great because we ate in due to the Corona virus and trying to seat a group of 15!! I’d also like to thank the property management company. They were very attentive during the months leading up to our stay, with FL rental concerns and outlined how the property was cleaned between each stay. The only drawback would be all the stairs. They were a challenge for a toddler (thanks for the baby gates!), and someone with bad knees or hips. All in all…everyone thought this was our best family vacation location yet!

Loved the house! Spacious with enough room for everyone! I wouldn’t recommend it if you have an issue with stairs and we had 2 ppl on crutches so that was difficult the navigate. The open floor plan, heated pool (add’l charge) awesome kitchen and easy access to the beach made this the best vacation!
