Outdoor Activities
Camp Helen State Park offers a guided nature hike led by park rangers on the first Thursday of every month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Participants can explore the park's Oak Canopy and North trails to learn about local flora, fauna, and the broader Florida Panhandle ecosystem. Suitable for all skill levels requiring moderate endurance, the hike features a mix of paved, sand, and packed-earth terrain. Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as well as bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and bug repellent. The park is located at 23937 Panama City Beach Parkway, just west of the Phillips Inlet Bridge on the Bay and Walton County line.

Great location that is easily walkable to the beach and the house was well appointed with convenient beach wagons and amenities for enjoying the outdoors. Our visit had a rocky start with some unexpected maintenance needed at the property but the owner was proactive and kind in addressing the situation as quickly as possible and Oversee was helpful in providing additional towels as needed.

Despite the storm, we had an amazing family vacation. The kids loved the bunk room. The place was clean and matched the description. We were pleased with everything especially how easy it was to walk to the beach! We definitely recommend.

Nice place. The house is cozy. I liked that it has a lot of games for the kids. The best thing is that it’s close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! We were a family of 12, including 3 kids, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The large kitchen and living area made it easy for us to gather for breakfast and dinner, and we also enjoyed the outdoor dining space. The yard games were a big hit with both the kids and adults.
Our favorite feature was the outdoor shower it made coming back from the beach so much easier and kept the sand outside. The beach is also just a short walk away, which was very convenient. We appreciated that many of the kitchen items looked new and were in great condition. The beach chairs and other beach gear were also well maintained, which was a pleasant surprise since we’ve had poor experiences with that at other rentals. The neighborhood is quiet, communication was always prompt, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!

Absolutely amazing home. Clean with a great location. They had so many games and put put golf right in the front yard!! The outdoor shower was so relaxing while having a hose right by the large screened in porch made getting sand off soo easy.
