Seashell Castle brings the charm in all the right ways. With breezy wraparound balconies and wide-open Gulf views, this three-story stunner sits inside the gated Seashore Village in Seagrove Beach. Think quiet, private, and just the right amount of fancy.

Need a break from the beach? Take a dip in the sparkling community pool, shared with just two other homes (Coral Reef and Dolphin Run). Depending on the day, it might feel like your own private retreat.

Inside, it’s all sunshine and good vibes.

The open living space is bright, bold, and roomy enough for everything from game night to dance breaks. Morning coffee with morning views? Get used to it. And evening wine? Sure!

Welcome to Seashell Castle. It's not your average beach house, but then again, you're not here for an average vacation.

Oversee 30A is your local vacation sidekick: Always nearby, never in the way. Our team is here daily (and nightly, too) to keep things smooth, simple, and stress-free.

We were so delighted by this place. The house was great, the view was great and the access to the beach was amazing.
We loved that it came with an umbrella & 2 chairs that were set up for us everyday. We biked or walked to Turbo coffee everyday. Ice cream shops, retail, restaurants all within walking. We already booked the same place for next year.

If I were being picky, I’d only say that some dusting could be touched up, and some brighter lighting in the bathrooms. Other than that, it was great for our family!

Seashell Castle is just that – a castle with unparalleled Gulf views from most every room of this 3-level house. Plus, it’s literally steps away from private beach access! This spacious getaway offers all the amenities you need for a care-free experience, from coffee maker to bottle opener. We appreciated the new pieces of furniture and thoughtful touches that make this place unique. The location on 30-A is very convenient to everything we’re looking for in a vacation rental. We were fortunate to get a great week of weather which allowed for bike riding, walking the beach, dining outdoors, and toasting the beautiful sunsets! The friendly folks at Oversee Rentals were a pleasure to work with. They made sure we had a smooth arrival and provided all the information we needed for a comfortable experience. We have stayed at Seashell Castle before and look forward to returning. Thanks for a great time!

What an absolutely wonderful beach home to vacation in! From the moment you open you walk up onto the inviting porch you relax. Beautiful fully equipped with everything you need to sit back and just chill. The home has been recently redecorated and is very pretty and family/friends ready with open concept. You are steps away from the amazing “private” beach. Oh and bonus when you are ready to get out of the sand there is a pool! The sunrises and sunsets over the gulf from your large decks on on 3 floors are breathtaking. We will book again in this home. Thank you Oversee Management for a memorable vacation.

Stayed a couple weeks ago. A stately 4 bedroom home that can sleep a TON of people in it. Our kids wore themselves out on the stairs, before they even hit the beach. Quiet gated little subdivision right on the beach, newly updated and very spacious. Clean inside and out and a 10 second walk to a boardwalk that takes you right down to the private beach. The whole area was kind of pretty sleepy compared to the crowds we saw up the street a mile or so. That third floor balcony was a great place to watch the waves or the sunset. Our kids ended up sleeping up there after watching tv and the stars all night. Seaside has changed a bit over the years, but a great location is still be best way to go. They have some comfy bikes that make the ride up to town easy – cause parking up there is a pain. It was warming up pretty hot during the day, but the A/C kept everything perfect. We spent a lot of mornings on the second floor wrap around balcony watching the waves and eating muffins from the donut place up the street. Everything was cleaned / bleached and spotless after everything that happened in the last 2 years. Bathrooms were spotless. Don’t forget the kitchen sink has a motion sensor to turn the water on and off! And that coffee maker was the best – my husband had us order the same one when we got home. It may not be exactly on the beach, but it is as close as you can get with a few bushes between you and the sand. Don’t bother bringing chairs or umbrella – the little guy in the truck come out and sets them up every day. All in all a great stay in a beautiful HUGE house in a perfect location.

If you are looking for a place close to the water this is it. We could just walk out the front door and in 1 minute be on the beach. They even had chairs and a umbrella for your use already down at the water which was nice. The house was very clean and the management very responsive. There was plenty of room in the house and everything was updated and function so that was a plus. We were not very far from plenty of places to eat and everything we had was good. I will be looking at this place again in the future when we make another trip to the beach.

Seashell Castle is a wonderful place with an unbelievable view. Spacious and comfortable. It is a house you don’t want to leave during your stay because of the location and view. It is neat and clean, which is extremely important for anybody staying in a rental house. The boardwalk is steps away to a private beach. It doesn’t get any better than that. Don’t want the beach today, then the pool is a must. The location of this house was perfect. Restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. The Perfect Pig, across the street, was excellent. We hopped on the complimentary bikes and rode down to Seaside. It’s just a little over a mile and something you have to explore for yourself. Our favorite (like everyone else) was Great Southern in Seaside. We also rode a little further down the road to Grayton Beach. Had cocktails at The Red Bar, dinner at AJ’s. If you want to cook in, Publix is just down the road. Anything and everything is minutes away. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked Seashell Castle for our summer vacation. We definitely look forward to coming back!

The property was a great location and provided all the necessities we needed for our family vacation. Most importantly location! We could walk, bike, or just cross the street for a great meal or glass of wine! All the things we love without the crowds and a quiet beach from the decks of the house or a few steps to the sandy white beaches we all love on the emerald coast. The property manager was responsive and quick to answer! Even on Christmas Day…. Thank you! Like sands in the hour glass…. These are the memories of our lives!
