Oversee was great to deal with. All questions were answered immediately for us. The property was well kept and clean. Amenities were clearly outlined and any staff we dealt with was friendly and courteous.

We rented a home last year across the street from the pool. This year we had a beautiful condo over looking the pool. Ourselves, our two children and four grand granddaughters had a wonderful time! Well see you next year!!

Our family of six had a great time. Beautiful condo. Overlooking the pool, a short 4 min walk to the beach, and the bike rides to local shops and restaurants made this a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

First time visiting 30A and it didn’t disappoint. Host was super responsive, the condo was clean and in a perfect location for walking and biking. Access to the pool and other amenities were right there too. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this condo. We have 3 kids under 5 and the space was amazing. Especially for the ability to put the kids down and have space to hang out. The pool and proximity to the beach was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

The layout of the condo was great! Honestly one of the biggest and most grand pools I’ve ever seen. Only a 5 min walk to the beach, and the use of the free tram beach transfers were great.

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well furnished. View of the pool from the patio was amazing. Located on beautiful 30A! Will stay here again soon.

Loved every minute of our stay.

It was perfect from the beginning till the end of our stay. Beautiful place that had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were so soft which I loved. I can’t say anything other than we will for sure go back. Loved it !

Great experience and location. Very easy to get to and easy access.Suggestion – need more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom when more than 4 people are renting.

This condo was super cute and functional!! The location was absolutely the best. Steps to the pool, quick walk (or tram) to the beach, and easy walkable access to Seacrest, Rosemary or Alys beach shops. The view of the pool from the back porch was lovely. The condo had the perfect amount of space for 2 families, though it was just ours this time around. Kitchen was well stocked, they had plenty of beach chairs and they even had beach towels someone had left behind even though the listing states to bring your own. Pro tip….rent any extra bikes you need from the rental place within walking distance of the condo in the Seacrest shops. While not the owners’ fault, we did have some challenges with the bike situation. We had trouble finding the bikes because we didn’t know what they looked like and there were easily 50 bikes on the 2 bikes racks that all look similar. A description of the bikes for future renters would be helpful. We ordered a 4th bike from the same company that maintains the bikes for the property and it did not go well at all. There was very little communication on when and where it was dropped or even what the bike looked like so it took us a day and a half of back and forth communication to finally locate it. Definitely rent from the place next door if you need more than 3 bikes.

Condo was very nice and well maintained. Perfect location that was an easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Only downside was that the pool was down for 3 days due to an unexplained maintenance problem. We were not given any concessions for this inconvenience.

This Seacrest Villa provided a fun, memorable Florida vacation for our family. This is a roomy, clean and well appointed condo with a beautiful view of the pool area. The pool has well managed hours of operation so no need to be concerned about any late night or early morning disturbances. The bikes were very helpful getting around, but you can also walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and even the beach across 30A! The condo’s washer and dryer came in handy after long days either by the pool or on the beach. Oversee provided clear and concise communications which made our stay easy and enjoyable.

If I could give the property and property mgmt company 10 stars I would! The pictures do not do this unit justice – it has a wonderful view of the pool, great access to the front of the complex and the ocean, lovely open space for groups (or families) and updated throughout.It was immaculately clean and had so many awesome beach toys, chairs, pool floaters, boogie boards, etcThe property mgmt company was a dream to work with from the moment we booked on VRBO. They were so communicative, helpful and pleasant.We had a perfect stay and cannot wait to go back!

If I could give Oversee Rental 6 stars I would. They were very informative from the moment I booked with them. If I had a question they responded in a quick manner and followed through with what they promised. I totally recommend using this rental company for your vacation plans. We had a wonderful experience because of them. The condo was above our expectations and plan on coming back.

Beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean, overlooking the pool area. Short walking distance to little shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Highly recommend!! Oh and the unit comes with bicycles too!!

Our family and I had so much fun staying at this condo! The condo was absolutely beautiful and was everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will be booking this condo for all of our future trips and can’t wait to come back!

This condo was great! The location of the condo is perfect as you could quickly cross the street to the beach, the pool at your backyard, or walk right over to a few local restaurants and Starbucks! Seacrest center is right there where we were able to listen to live music around a bon fire. The area is family friendly which we loved! And the condo has everything that you need! Very comfortable for our family, another family, and all the kids! The condo was clean and had everything that we would have needed. Also loved having bikes available to ride down 30a! We will most definitely be returning!
