Stay at this newly renovated unit that just came on our rental program and looks over the largest pool on 30A. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the heart of Seacrest Beach will not disappoint.
The Villas at Seacrest only have 2 units on each floor which provides easy access to this condo. As you enter the condo the first bedroom features a king bedroom with a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a twin trundle. This bedroom has a hall bath.
The 3rd bedroom is the king master suite. This has its own bathroom with a walk in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities.
Past the bedrooms you will find a newly renovated chef's kitchen with high end appliances, a wine bar, and a large granite island that seats 6 plus a dining room table that seats 6! The kitchen and living area have an open concept. The living room has seating for the entire family with a 70 inch smart TV. Outside of the living room is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the pool area, watch the sunset, or enjoy an evening cocktail!
Seacrest Beach amenities are like none other in the area. Seacrest has a seasonal beach tram that takes you to the the soft white beaches. It has the biggest pool on 30A and this unit includes 3 YOLO bikes for you to use during your stay.
Seacrest Villas B301 provides accommodations for 9, making it the perfect place for that small family getaway. With the Seacrest Beach community being a short bike ride or walk to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, you are just minutes away from amazing dining and the best shopping on 30A.
