A pop-up autumn event is scheduled at Cuvee 30A, featuring a five-course wine dinner. The event will showcase premium vintages, including the 2023 Clarice Pinot Noir, which was recognized among James Suckling’s Top 100 North American Wines. Additional wine selections from winemakers Adam Lee and Morét-Brealynn will also be served. These wines will be paired with Chef Tim Creehan’s award-winning culinary creations. The event will be hosted by Clarice Wine Company founder Adam Lee and Cuvee 30A owner Chef Tim Creehan. The menu and tickets are available.

The celebration includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Walton County Chamber of Commerce at 3pm, a gallery featuring art, gifts, and holiday magic, and sweet treats and festive sips. Attendees will find handmade art, jewelry, pottery, books, and inspirational items, as well as enjoy fun raffles and pop-ups from local and regional award-winning artists and authors. It is an ideal opportunity to start Christmas shopping while celebrating the gallery's 15th anniversary. Guests are encouraged to bring friends and holiday cheer to kick off the season.

An older unit obviously but priced accordingly. You do have to walk down to the beach access bridge to get to the beach versus being able to walk straight down from the unit because there are three other units and another house that block the beach view but you do have a nice view of the nature reserve and it’s very peaceful and not loud and busy like some of the other locations in Rosemary and Intel. The bathrooms are a bit small but the AC works really well and had no maintenance issues whatsoever. All in all it was a good experience for the price and the property management was very responsive and professional. I would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the beach but also doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a huge overpriced brand new beach condo that has enough room for 40 people, lol. We would definitely stay again.
