This brand-new six-bedroom retreat in Seagrove Beach brings a fresh, modern take to coastal living, with clean lines, open spaces, and a private pool (heated!) offering just the right amount of laid-back luxury. And the beach?
An easy walk away, but honestly, it might be tough to leave the house.
Inside, the vibe is all calm neutrals and natural light. A gourmet kitchen with top-tier appliances handles everything from waffle mornings to cocktail hours, while two spacious living areas keep the group happy. Movie marathons here, quiet coffee chats there.
Each of the six bedrooms has its own en-suite, so everyone gets their own corner of calm (and their own bathroom!).
Step outside and you’ve got a seasonally heated pool, loungers calling your name, and a grill that’s always ready for burgers or fresh-caught snapper. Night swims? Highly encouraged.
Seagrove’s shops, dining, and all things 30A are within easy reach. But it’s entirely possible your crew will vote to stay put.
Oversee 30A is your local vacation squad. We’re nearby every day of the week (and on-call 24/7), ready to help with anything from dinner recs to the “where’s the extra pool towels” kind of stuff.

We chose this home because we were on our annual couples/friends Christmas vacation, and it did not disappoint. The entire home was beautiful, well maintained, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The bedding was nice and clean and the beds were SOOO comfortable! Each couple was comfortable in their own space and the pool was a beautiful added bonus. The five burner gas stove was so clean and polished! The dinning table and chairs were very sturdy and comfortable. The elevator was a wonderful addition, we were able to get our grocery and luggage between floors hassle free! We really enjoyed our stay we would definitely stay here again!

After a rocky start (our first house cancelling on us within 3 days of us arriving), we opted for another house which came with a pool. Beautiful, immaculate and within walking distance to beach. Overall a good experience!

My family of twelve (12) stayed at the Seabreeze escape and our stay overall was very pleasant and we would definitely book this home again.
The accommodations were clean & comfortable.
We really enjoyed having the pool and took full advantage.
This particular property is new and I believe that we were among the first renters. With that being said, there were a couple of issues that I‚’m sure the owners will rectify soon.
The first issue is parking. It‚’s important to know that parking at Seabreeze Escape is limited to three cars. This parking information was not listed in the description. Nor was it listed in any of the correspondence received before arriving. Hence, we had 5 cars and not enough parking spaces.
The property manager did attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, their solution inconveniently, resulted in people having to park a mile away from the house and either borrowing a car or being dropped off to their car.

New house smell in a very new community. Pristine kitchen appliances, kitchen tools, washer/dryer, outdoor grill. Welcome gift was a nice touch! Walking distance to Santa Clara Beach Access (which also has a parking lot). Responsive host. Elevator helps with grandparents accessing all 3 floors. Couldn’t find the switch for the pool lights during evening swims. Not enough towel racks to hang bath and hand towels.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean. Very spacious, TV in every room. Kitchen stocked with everything we could have needed. Beautiful decor. Backyard great for family chill time. The pool was beautiful and warm. Beds comfortable, couch cozy. Location great, just a five minute walk to the beach. Host communicated timely and was very kind. We were very pleased with our stay at this gorgeous property. We will definitely return.
