The living and kitchen area is bright, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. With seating for ten at the breakfast bar and dining table, it’s great for morning coffee, post-beach snacks, and everything in between.
On the first floor, the guest room has a king bed, shared bathroom, and access to a porch that’s equal parts cozy and nap-worthy.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite bath with a soaking tub. Here’s your invitation to relax! Another guest room has a king bed and a shared bath with a walk-in shower.
Four adult bikes come with the house, so you can cruise 30A in style.

Very nice neighborhood and great location to private beach. Home is older but nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the front. Staircase is steep for the youngsters but we managed to handle them without any problems.

Excellent communication with the property management team. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. The location is outstanding, just steps from the beach. We also appreciated the gated access to the neighborhood. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised on the website. Very happy with the stay. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Florida.
