The living and kitchen area is bright, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. With seating for ten at the breakfast bar and dining table, it’s great for morning coffee, post-beach snacks, and everything in between.
On the first floor, the guest room has a king bed, shared bathroom, and access to a porch that’s equal parts cozy and nap-worthy.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite bath with a soaking tub. Here’s your invitation to relax! Another guest room has a king bed and a shared bath with a walk-in shower.
Four adult bikes come with the house, so you can cruise 30A in style.

I usually judge a vacation rental by two main things: bed comfort and the kitchen. On bed comfort, this home gets a 6/5! The mattresses, sheets, and pillows are top-tier. (My 4’10” mother complained her bed was a bit high, but she managed to hike herself up fine!) Bring your sleep mask if you need it dark – there is a lot of ambient light coming in the windows. We cook in every night on vacation, and the kitchen was well-equipped. While there weren’t any pot holders initially, the management company delivered some right away. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted the enjoyability of our trip. Lastly, the beach walkway is close, but keep in mind there are quite a few stairs if anyone in your group has mobility concerns. The beach is FABULOUS! Just wide enough, very clean and not overly crowded, as it is private in that area – only for community residents and their guests. There are bicycles provided, which is a nice touch. I am grateful that this rental is pet friendly – we were able to bring our furry friend and she discovered she is a beach dog! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Oversee managed the beach property we rented in Sea Crest, FL. We were very pleased with their responsiveness. We had a few maintenance issues come up and they were quick to respond and resolve. The HVAC wasn’t cooling – they had it fixed within hours. We needed pot holders, and they quickly delivered. We needed a wasp nest eradicated, and they were right on it! We broke a mirror, and they sent someone to make sure we were ok and clean up the mess. All of the people we came in contact with were very friendly and professional. The little amenity packets with soaps, cleaners, chap stick, etc are a nice touch. They also gifted us some nice Oversee swag, which is a sweet bonus. I would definitely rent an Oversee property again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing Florida getaway. The beach was across the street and it never felt crowded. Incredibly peaceful. The location was perfect, and the hosts were responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay.

This house was beautiful and clean. It has a perfect back yard for dogs and even has stairs from the primary bedroom to the backyard so taking the dogs out during the night was easy and didn’t have to disturb anyone else in the house. The only thing that would have made it any better is if it was a fenced back yard. The beach access is literally across the street. It was so easy to come and go between the beach and the house for breaks from the sun or lunch. I do wish the shops were closer than 0.7 miles but they did provide 4 bikes. We would stay here again!

Very nice neighborhood and great location to private beach. Home is older but nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the front. Staircase is steep for the youngsters but we managed to handle them without any problems.

We also appreciated the gated access to the neighborhood. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised on the website. Very happy with the stay.
