The living and kitchen area is bright, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. With seating for seven at the breakfast bar and dining table, it’s great for morning coffee, post-beach snacks, and everything in between.
But the real highlight of Sea Stars? Each bedroom has its own private balcony or porch, so there’s always a spot to soak up the fresh air!
The first-floor guest room, with king bed, private bath, and custom-tiled walk-in shower, opens onto a unique and cozy screened-in porch.
With comfy seating, this is a delightful space, ideal for kicking back with a good book or an afternoon nap.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms offer room to recharge. The primary suite? King bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub that’s made for relaxation. The guest room? A king bed, private bath, a shower/tub combo, and of course, a private balcony.
Three adult bikes are included, making it easy to explore 30A at your own pace. With a fantastic location and thoughtful extras, Sea Stars is the kind of place that keeps guests coming back.
At Oversee 30A, we take care of the details so you can focus on the fun. Our local team is available seven days a week, with a 24/7 emergency line—just in case.

The property was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and very helpful. The biggest hiccup with our stay was a 2 hour delay in check-in, as the cleaners didn‚’t finish up until close to 6 pm, so we felt our trip was truncated due to not being free to explore the town the first night as we were getting settled in later than expected. That being said, the location of the house is amazing; a 7-10 minute walk to the beach or 2 minute bike ride. Rosemary and Aly‚’s were accessible and only 5-10 mins from the property. Seaside was also a 10-15 minute drive. We felt the house was an overall great choice for a vacation in the area.
