The living and kitchen area is bright, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. With seating for seven at the breakfast bar and dining table, it’s great for morning coffee, post-beach snacks, and everything in between.
But the real highlight of Sea Stars? Each bedroom has its own private balcony or porch, so there’s always a spot to soak up the fresh air!
The first-floor guest room, with king bed, private bath, and custom-tiled walk-in shower, opens onto a unique and cozy screened-in porch.
With comfy seating, this is a delightful space, ideal for kicking back with a good book or an afternoon nap.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms offer room to recharge. The primary suite? King bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub that’s made for relaxation. The guest room? A king bed, private bath, a shower/tub combo, and of course, a private balcony.
Three adult bikes are included, making it easy to explore 30A at your own pace. With a fantastic location and thoughtful extras, Sea Stars is the kind of place that keeps guests coming back.
At Oversee 30A, we take care of the details so you can focus on the fun. Our local team is available seven days a week, with a 24/7 emergency line—just in case.

This is a great house to stay. Feels like you are in private place but at the same time close to everything. We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredible vacay time. Thanks for your hospitality! House is very spacious, fresh and styled with design in mind. You have everything at the house to feel comfortable. We would definitely return to this home again!

We had a lovely stay. The home was beautiful. It was nice and clean and just a happy, bright place to stay.
We enjoyed the outdoor areas, and all 3 couples raved about how comfortable the beds were.
The house stayed nice and cool, even though we were visiting during a very hot week.
The location was good. We were out of the hustle and bustle of Rosemary and Seaside, and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and we did have a little trouble finding where the private beach access was.
Communication was fantastic.
The only negative would be the dryer. It took about 4 hours to dry a load of towels. It may just need to be worked on.
Overall, it was a terrific stay. We really enjoyed the home.

Loved my time at this humble abode! Arrived later in evening than I intended and I wasn’t able to find my code in my msg’s (it was there I missed it) but very quickly the on site mngr called and gave me the code! Peaceful, relaxing, so easy to walk and/or bike to the beach to the public access @ end of the street. Perfect for my pup as well! Used the kitchen a lot which was helpful. Again I cant say enough about how peaceful the neighborhood was. Felt like an escape from a busy summer destination. Biked easily to George’s & Raw & Juicy as well. Quick 25 min in the car to Grayton beach/Santa Rosa. Next time I just need to stay longer! Would love to be back soon.

We did a family trip and even brought our dog along for his first vacay! Our original airbnb reservation cancelled on us less than 24 hours before we were due to check in so we were so grateful to find such a lovely accommodation on such short notice. We all enjoyed sitting and napping on the screened in porches. The bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud and the home was very clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located to all the great spots. We walked to the beach each day without any issues. We made a lot of great memories during our stay!

Great location between Alys Beach / Rosemarys and Seaside – pick between upscale & private or a family beach feel. Neighborhood itself was quiet and within a bike ride to both areas or a quick car ride. Beaches were more beautiful than I would have thought!

The property was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and very helpful. The biggest hiccup with our stay was a 2 hour delay in check-in, as the cleaners didn‚’t finish up until close to 6 pm, so we felt our trip was truncated due to not being free to explore the town the first night as we were getting settled in later than expected. That being said, the location of the house is amazing; a 7-10 minute walk to the beach or 2 minute bike ride. Rosemary and Aly‚’s were accessible and only 5-10 mins from the property. Seaside was also a 10-15 minute drive. We felt the house was an overall great choice for a vacation in the area.
