Welcome to Aqua Bella, a top-floor, freshly updated condo in the peaceful Beachside Villas community, just steps from Eastern Lake. During the summer, Beachside Villas even offers a private shuttle to an additional beach access nearby.

This bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps 8, with a primary bedroom, king, a second room with two full beds, and a queen bedroom down the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, with plenty of seating at the large dining table and bar.

Step onto the long balcony from the living area or primary bedroom to enjoy morning coffee or dinner outdoors. Local favorites, Beachy Bean Coffee and Old Florida Fish House, are less than a mile away for easy dining options.

The Miracle concept, which started in 2014 in New York City, has grown into a global tradition with over 200 locations worldwide, known for its dazzling decorations, cheerful atmosphere, and collectible holiday glassware. The Daytrader, recently named "Best Cocktail Spot on 30A" in the 2025 Hot Spot Awards and led by James Beard Award semi-finalist Chef Nikhil Abuvala, offers a tropical twist on the holidays. Great proximity to the beach! Very clean, perfect for our girls weekend at the beach! Enjoyed the bike rentals that are included! The view in the picture is now being obstructed by new construction. Property management was very responsive. Overall would definitely recommend!

Second time we have stayed at this rental. The rental was great once again. The main sliding glass door to the balcony is still unusable but we knew that from last time. On a good note the master bedroom mattress was great this time! The rental company (Oversee) is the best we have ever worked with and addresses any issue promptly and once again got us checked in early! The clothes dryer did stop working about 4 days into our stay but we did not even report it because we were having such a great time and just decided to hang the clothes inside the unit. This is by far the best 3 bedroom unit in Beachside for the price!

We were very happy with the rental and management company Oversee. They were pleasant to deal with and very responsive to maintenance issues that came up during our stay.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and as described online. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was particularly well equipped. There is excellent access to the beautiful beach but new construction just across the street now blocks the view of the water. Neither of the outdoor pools is heated in the winter months. The sliding doors from the living room and from the bedroom out to the balcony are almost non-functioning and there is no screen on the living room sliding door.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a great location (beach, food, Publix). Even though it’s not truly ‘beach front’, we were steps from the beach. It was easy even with kids. We had everything we needed with the kitchen and laundry, the TVs and wifi, and even board games. I think better mattresses would be a perk. There was a drainage issue in the master shower but I had seen that on another review so I was prepared. The pool by the tennis courts was very nice. The condo is a walk-up. This wasn’t a problem for us, but that may need to be considered for some. The easiest part of this stay came from the rental company. I loved the app with the check-in procedure and helpful messages and the company answered the phone everytime I called. I hope to stay here again soon!!

The property was as I expected, really close to the beach. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t work great, but that’s what we anticipated given the other reviews. The water on our stretch of the beach was coffee brown, but it was not that color east or west. I believe it had to do with the lake next to the property and all the rain causing the brown water to end up in the gulf.

At first the WiFi was not working and Oversee Rentals management and support were very responsive and addressed the problem for us quickly. It was working by Sunday and we arrived Saturday evening. The condo was close to the beach which was very convenient, The condo is a bit older but had all the necessities working well — washer, dryer, dish washer, fridge, clean towels etc..

We love coming to the beach and this condo does not disappoint. The price is very reasonable. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. The condo is not gulf front but it feels like it is. It has great views of the gulf. It is closer and an easier walk to the beach than some gulf front places we have stayed at in the area. We would most definitely stay here again

Overall we were please with our time at Sea La Vie. We loved the close beach access. We also liked the space the Sea La Vie afforded us. Neither of the balcony sliding doors appeared to lock property, and that caused us some concern.

This unit is in a great location with a great view of the ocean. Less than 200 steps to having your toes in the sand. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It needed some attention to some smaller details but overall it was a great and affordable find. We would stay again.

We were very happy with our stay at Sea La Vie. We enjoy staying close to 30A and riding bikes while we visit the beach. It is always a fun place to explore. The rental unit had a slight view of the ocean and the beach access was a very level, easy, short walk. My only complaint for the room was that the master bed mattress was extremely hard. I had to go out and purchase mattress pads to help us sleep. Even with those it was way too firm. The unit was otherwise clean and provided what we needed for a fun trip to the beach.

This unit is in a small community and great location – about half way between Panama City Beach and Destin. It’s great for anyone looking for a more low key beach vacation away from all the tourist-type attractions. It’s a very ice, quiet area and the property is very well kept. Management was very nice and the condo itself was great! The drains in the tubs were a little slow and we had a little trouble getting the oven to heat at first but otherwise everything was perfect. We had 9 people in our party and never felt cramped. There is a Publix nearby for grocery needs but my advice is to make sure any other non-grocery related needs are brought with you or that you are prepared to drive 20 or so minutes to the closest Walmart. There are plenty of small eateries around as well but once again, this location has more of a laid-back, “local” feel as opposed to the high traffic (albeit convenient) larger communities. Also i was hesitant about adding yet another app to my phone but the Oversee app was a lifesaver! especially when trying to navigate the channels on the TV! We will definitely be coming back and Oversee was do great to work with we will be consulting them first for future vacations!

Had a great time!! Needed more washcloths, only had 4 in the master bathroom. We were there for 7 days. Also need more in other bathroom. The good thing was we could wash clothes so we just washed them. Also just a tv in the kids room for gaming only, doesn’t need to be hooked up to cable. We did bring our own tv for that room for gaming. Other than those things had an awesome time!

This was our first ever family vacation as a family of three. We spent time here with our friends for a mutual friends wedding. The condo was absolutely beautiful. We could see the beach from our balcony, and the walking distance from the beach wasn’t bad at all. I will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

The location of Sea La Vie was great, beautiful views each day from our balcony. The main sliding door off the living room was difficult to open and close, we mainly used the door in the master bedroom as it has a handle to open and close the slider. The burners on the stove didn’t work very well. We did use the front right burner for any cooking needs we had. I felt the property was clean and our maintenance issue of the burnt out light bulbs was quickly addressed by Claire and Tom with Oversee Rentals. I would recommend a stay at Sea La Vie to anyone, just make sure you can climb the 3 flights of stairs. Some may find this difficult with luggage, groceries, etc. I had not been to the Santa Rosa Beach area in over 12 years and was totally in awe of the area – always Loved the Beach, miss it daily. Once in a lifetime experience while we were there visiting with family and seeing all the changes and growth of the area.

Had a great stay! Tv in living room seemed be having a few pixel issues. Tv would be in and out of fuzzines the whole time we watched it. I would also suggest a tv in the third bedroom where the two beds were, only because I have teenage boys who like to play game systems.
