In the heart of historic Grayton Beach, the quaint and distinguished home is ideal for up to 10 beachgoers. Enjoy biking or walking through the beautiful neighborhood full of old oaks and vintage homes.

The abundance of wood floors and walls feels warm and inviting, giving the very spacious, open living and dining area a cozy lake house vibe.

Also on the main level is a full bath, large porches, and a sunroom. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms share an oversized hall bath, complete with a tub/shower combo.

An outdoor shower, gas grill, and included bikes, along with its proximity to the beach, local eateries, and bike trails, will help make your stay memorable.

The Grayton Beach Wine Walk occurs every third Thursday from 5–7 PM, starting at Shacks Art. Attendees can stroll around to six unique merchants and enjoy a variety of wines and hors d'oeuvres. Afterward, they return to Shacks deck for dessert, more wine, and live music. The Dancing Raffle begins at 7 PM, offering great gifts from artists, merchants, and local spots around 30A. Admission is $25 per person. Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets at Shacks the day of or prior to the event. Shacks Art Grayton Beach is a vibrant, artist-run gallery featuring over 50 artists. It houses a collection of artwork, handcrafted jewelry, quality crafts, and more. The gallery offers artist workshops, exhibitions, and fun events. Shacks Art is located at the Mystic Porte Shops, just north of Scenic 30A on Hwy 283, next to Shops of Grayton.

My wife and I have been staying at houses on 30A for years, and this one is our favorite.

It has a wonderful sleepy West Coast beach house aesthetic, is surprisingly spacious, and is laid out for gatherings and good hangs.

It’s situated on a quiet street that’s a short walk to Grayton beach and Red Bar (our favorite dinner spot in the area). So, the location can’t be beat.

So yeah, if you’re looking for sort of a chill, vintage, convenient, lovely, and affordable experience on one of the best beaches in America, we 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.

We’ve stayed at 5 different properties in Grayton. This property has a ton of character!! The pictures of the Salty Sisters all over the house was a huge hit with my kids! They said ‘You can tell the sisters really love this home’ Location was excellent. walk or bike ride everywhere.

Kitchen was fully usable, with working stove, sharp knives, plenty of cookware. The grill outside was a bit difficult to use (the hose was too short for the gas canister to reach, we had to get creative to cook out one night).

The house was actually way larger and more spacious than we realized from the photos. we had no issues settling in with 4 adults and 2 kids (with plenty of room to spare). The closed in front porch made a great reading retreat.

The only issue we had was a few bugs in the house, and the grill being difficult to use.

We will definitely keep this cozy little home on our list of places to stay again!

The Salty Sister is really spacious. We had eight people and never felt crowded. We loved when you walk in there’s a spot to leave all shoes that kept us from tracking more sand than we need to into the house. The beds were decent. There was two bikes that came with the house and we rode them down to sea side. It had been a long time that I have been on a bike, it was so much fun!! We were in short walking distance to the beach, I love taking my morning walks to the beach every morning!! We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at Salty Sisters and we would love to come back. The location and the large size of the house was such a blessing. A
few details to clean up for management: (1) the grill did not work! We tried to fix it, as we brought food to grill for each night! (2) many of the wicker dining chairs were broken‚Äî recommend replacing all! (3) the toilet upstairs was broken during our stay, but management was prompt to fix it, and (4) the dishwasher was broken- the bottom rack is missing two wheels, and the water sprayer won’t spin. Overall- GREAT HOUSE!

Comfortable and spacious home in the perfect location! A very laid back home that was great for our beach trip-large dining table plus bar seating, nice sitting area/den, and 2 awesome porches! Conveniences such as an outdoor shower, gas grill, and included bike rentals made the stay even better. Parking easily allowed for 3 cars.

This was the first time we had stayed in Grayton and loved it! The home was roomy and clean. We had everything we needed and it was just a short stroll to the beach. We are already looking for a time to come back!
