The Salty Maria by Oversee 30A | 2025 Diamond Winner-Best Rental Mgmt.
Say hello to The Salty Maria, your laid-back home base in Blue Mountain Beach. With five bedrooms, three baths, private beach access, a heated pool(!), fire pit, and game room, this place is basically vacation magic.
Inside, huge windows fill the house with sunshine, and pops of turquoise keep things feeling fresh and coastal. The open layout means everyone can hang out together – cooking in the gourmet kitchen, lounging in the sunroom, or battling it out over foosball in the bonus living room.
The main living area is made for movie nights, with a plush sectional and oversized flat-screen TV. The kitchen has sleek white cabinets, marble counters, and stainless appliances – plus a breakfast bar for six and a big dining table ready for family feasts.
Sleep comes easy here. The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with dual vanities and a glass walk-in shower.
Two more primary bedrooms and a guest room all have mounted TVs and stylish touches. Kids will love the bunkroom with two twin-over-twin bunks and its own TV. Need extra space? Two twin sleeper sofas are in the living room.
Step outside to your private heated pool and big backyard. Grill up dinner, play lawn games, or gather around the fire pit as the stars come out. When it’s time for sand between your toes, the beach is just a quick stroll away – perfect for lazy afternoons and sunset picnics.
At The Salty Maria, days are full of cannonballs, card games, naps in the sun, and nights that end around the fire, poolside.
Oversee 30A is here to keep everything running smoothly. Our local team is available seven days a week, with a 24/7 emergency line if you need us.
