A couple of weeks before our vacation, we learned from Oversee that our original booking wasn‚’t available due to construction on the building. They worked with us to find a replacement. We were no longer beachfront, but were in a beautiful home that was a short walk from the beach. Oversee helped us to rearrange our beach chair and bike rentals. They worked with the rental company so that we got a complete refund. They provided some great chairs and beach towels.

Beautiful home right across the street from the beach. We had our girls trip there and fully enjoyed the property. The outdoor spaces were our favorite spaces to eat, chat and laugh. The bunk room was a bit small but we just used the other bedrooms. The ice machine in the kitchen was fantastic!!

We had an amazing stay. Home is quite comfy and has a nice layout; loved the screened in outdoor space on each level. Nice pool and pool areas. Very spacious allowing great gathering spots for 4 adults and 3 young children and also lovely space for independent “quiet time”. We especially loved having the advantage of close and easy beach access.
We will seek out this home on our next beach getaway and highly recommend to all!!
Oh and about Oversee? Top notch hosting! Thanks for helping to make our trip easy and trouble free. Very responsive and courteous team!

We just left from the best stay here! The house was even better in person. Very cute decorations, fully stocked and large kitchen, and lots of fun hang out spaces. Steps to the private beach and a great location to Rosemary and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend !

This house was in a perfect location! It’s really close to beach access and has lots of space for you and your guests to spread out. The private pool at the house was awesome. It was just the right size for our family to come back to after a day at the beach. There were bikes and pool/beach items to be used, but we had our own this trip. I like that they were available though. We had everything we needed for our stay and were very comfortable at this location; you’re not far from restaurants, grocery stories, etc. It’s private and quiet. I would recommend staying here.

This was a great setup for 7 adults. Many porch areas.
Comfortable bedding. Clean!! (more than most rental homes). Kitchen was well stocked. Very nice to have a private small pool. We thought we’d use the bikes but our time was limited. Beach access very convenient! Would definitely stay here again (only drawback would be if you have older family members with limitations, there’s only 1 bed on main level…others up a flight of stairs).

Abundant accommodations! The house has everything you need and more. Some of my favorite things that I don’t believe were listed was an outdoor shower, separate ice maker, margarita machine and beach chairs. The house decor was beautiful. The layout of the home worked wonderfully for our party of 6. We would definitely stay again.

This house was great for our party of two families. Easy walk to the beach, even with kids. Kitchen was accommodating to all our needs. Bedrooms as pictured, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the little pool. And the air conditioning was powerful!

We loved our stay!! It was a beautiful home in the perfect location – so close to the beach!! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is a short drive from Alys Beach, Rosemary and the Big Chill. The bunk room, screened porches, third floor and pool were some of our favorite features!
