Three levels of coastal charm tucked away in the serene Treetop Village, Resting Beach Face is where high-end comfort meets the easy-going spirit of 30A. Whether you're hopping on the community’s private beach tram or pedaling back on your complimentary bikes, this home is designed for the big groups—up to 14 guests—who want to trade the hustle for a bit of salt air and a lot of style.

The first floor is the heart of the home, an open-concept sanctuary where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly. It’s built for those "everyone in the kitchen" moments, though the real magic might be just through the doors. The screened-in porch offers a shaded retreat for morning coffee, while the front porch features a bed swing—the undisputed champion of afternoon naps.

Moving up to the second floor, you’ll find two spacious king suites, each acting as a private getaway with its own attached full bathroom. This level also keeps things practical with the dedicated laundry room, because we know beach towels wait for no one.

The third level is the ultimate "hangout headquarters." Not only is there another king suite for the adults, but there is an additional living area and a sprawling bunk room that’s basically a kid’s (and kid-at-heart’s) dream.

Equipped with arcade games and its own private bathroom, it’s the perfect territory for late-night tournaments and belly laughs.

And as always, the Oversee 30A team is close by, available every day, with a 24/7 line if anything comes up. Enjoy!
