Welcome to a 3-bedroom beach getaway, tucked away in a beautiful, secluded section of WaterColor.
WaterColor is a premier neighborhood, with a wonderful beach club, three-tiered pools, a restaurant, and a bar along with shopping and other food options. The neighborhood includes tennis and pickleball, miles of walking trails, a boathouse with paddle board/canoe rental on Western Lake, a lazy river, and multiple community pools.
Next to a nature reserve, our home sits on the end of a very quiet street. In the wooded yard, a pergola, with a Green Egg grill and patio seating, is great for relaxing and dining. The back deck has a picnic table, the front porch includes ample seating and a large porch swing.
Inside, the luxurious open dining-kitchen area has a serene, calming effect, a great space for all to hang out and unwind. The kitchen features high-end appliances with bar seating for 4, the dining table seats 6.
The first-floor primary suite, king, features a sitting room, dual shower, dual vanity and a private, screened balcony.
Upstairs, a second primary bedroom, king, is down the hall from a cute bunk room, with a twin over full-futon bunk, and another twin. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Parking fits 1 large and 1 smaller vehicle, and a Tesla home charger. The four bikes are complimentary, making daily visits to the beach and the pools, easy and fun.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at FSU Panama City on 30-A is scheduled to host FOX News anchor and author Shannon Bream for an event promoting the lifelong learning program. The author and correspondent will speak at the free event, which is open to the public on Tuesday, March 3, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. It will take place at the WaterColor Lakehouse, located at 235 Watercolor Blvd. West, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The evening will begin with an opening reception and mixer featuring live music from Seminole Vibe. Shannon Bream serves as the anchor of FOX News Sunday with Shannon Bream. She joined FOX News in 2007 as a Washington, D.C.-based correspondent covering the Supreme Court. Prior to her career in news, Bream practiced law, specializing in race discrimination and sexual harassment cases. She is an honors graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and holds a Business Management degree, magna cum laude, from Liberty University. OLLI at FSU/PC30A offers educational non-credit courses and entertainment through classes, field trips, socials, special events, and travel. The courses cover a wide array of topics, including art, sports, history, literature, science, and music. The learning environment is stress-free, as there is no homework, no grades, and no degrees are required. As a member-centered organization, OLLI enables learners to expand their intellectual horizons, engage in enriching social activities, contribute through volunteer opportunities, and assume meaningful leadership roles. Individuals interested in obtaining more information, including the complete Spring 2026 course catalog, should reach out to the organization. Beautifully appointed, peaceful residence on quiet dead-end road; plenty of extras in the house to make your stay pleasant; fantastic shower; top-of-the-line appliances; property manager was helpful and very prompt in responding to emails sent through AirBnB; great to have bikes available; very comfortable bed in master BR; plenty of seating; your choice of several porches to enjoy the outside; and wonderful sayings as artwork throughout the house…especially in the master BR!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 6) just spent a wonderful week at Relaxation Station. This was our 3rd stay in the area and Relaxation Station is our favorite home we’ve stayed in. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the incredibly comfortable beds, to toiletries being provided- it truly was the perfect place to unwind. We spent every morning on the front porch swing drinking coffee, and then would take a short bike ride to the pool, Seaside, or the beach. This home is in a beautiful and convenient location to everything which we appreciated with young kids. One thing to note- the pots/pans could use a slight upgrade. Overall, we can’t recommend this home enough and can’t wait to return!

Perfect for our family of six with our in laws. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinners in the kitchen, sitting on the porch swing in the morning, playing the board games, and sleeping comfortably in our beds! Very clean and rental company was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Relaxation Station in Watercolor was wonderfully relaxing! The home was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Whether we were lounging inside, or on the comfy screened in porch, the area was quiet and serene. The house provided everything we needed for a perfect girlfriend’s weekend get-away! Access to all the amenities of Watercolor – beach club with restaurant, pools, and walking and biking trails were the icing on the cake. Santa Rosa Beach is gorgeous with pristine white beaches and the beautiful blue-green ocean. The food trucks, weekend Farmer’s Market, and town square with restaurants and shops were fun and charming. I am already looking forward to our next holiday at Relaxation Station, and highly recommend this home as a sweet place to stay on vacation!

The house was great! It provided us with a stress free vacation and ease of access to the Watercolor Town Center, Beach Club, local grocery and restaurants. Easy bike ride to the beach. Great walking trails within the development. Provided a much needed & quiet night’s sleep!

Our family had an amazing time! House was beautifully appointed- felt like A true luxury stay. We enjoyed the complimentary bikes and rode to beach and club house daily. House sits on a quiet street and had an inviting front porch perfect for happy hour. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the private deck off the master suite. I can’t wait to go back!

Lovely home, clean and luxurious. Layout of the space offers several areas for conversation or work. Very spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Backs up to a nature reserve and is toward the end of a street so is very quiet with no one driving or riding by. Kitchen and eating area provided great space to hang out. Furnishings are all coordinated and provide a calm environment. No flashy or bright colors. Very soothing and relaxing.
