Pretty place

The home is nice and has everything you would expect in a vacation home. The pool is fantastic and well kept. I have zero complaints and will be back again next year. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close enough to enjoy PCB but out of the busy area close to the pier.

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in!
Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

House was clean and furnished with everything you need! There was ample seating everywhere, including outside. The pool was beautiful and I loved the tanning ledge. Floating on the raft in the sun was the highlight of my trip! It was very easy to check in, the hosts were in contact with us prior to check in and check out. We did not need any additional help, but if we would have I have no doubt the host would have been responsive! The location is also great, walking distance to the beach and near our favorite restaurants!

Wonderful place for a family. Great outdoor space and pool, short walk to the beach, and quaint little neighborhood. Loved the starter set of products that saved making a trip to the store too! Super clean and well furnished for all of our needs.

We wanted a place to sit in the sun by a pool. The landscaping out back is excellent for exactly that. The porch was perfect in the rain. One more comfy spot for sitting in the living room would be a nice addition. The “standard” coffee maker is a pod style, not loose grounds with filter and pot.

Great Stay!! Very accommodating with easy access to beach, however, with pool in backyard there was no need to leave unless we went on bike rides (great touch). Can’t say enough about how great of a time we had. Thank you

Very clean house with a Nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach

Very beautiful place and peaceful most of the time. There was some construction going on that woke us in the morning, but this wasn’t anything the host could control.

Loved it and our trip next year we will be looking to try to book this place again!

Wonderful home. Needs more seating in the main area and a full length mirror someplace. Also suggest a grill. Super bummed we couldn’t grill. The staff was responsive and friendly. Home was clean. Pool was well maintained. Location was great.

We loved staying at Point Three in PCB in June. The house was very clean, plenty of towels and other amenities to enjoy. The sunroom and pool were very nice. We had other family members staying in the same neighborhood so the pool gave us a place for a change of venue. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend this for a nice beach getaway. It was an easy walk to the beach with public access. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the property manager took very good care of us.

Point Three is the best vacation rental we have stayed in over the years! The property was spotless, the pool was perfect and very well maintained!! The walk or drive to the beach is very close and there were multiple access point options that made it very easy to enjoy the beautiful beaches.
