The eateries and shops of Pier Park are a short drive away, as are the shopping and dining options of 30Avenue, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach.
The outdoor living space is wonderful. The beautiful private pool with plenty of room for sunbathing is perfect for entertaining. The nearby sunroom is adorable and inviting, with a dining table that seats 6.
Further inside, the living-dining area is quaint, clean, open and bright. All the furniture is new as of 2020, so no old flamingo and peacock furniture here.
The living room has a large TV and full sleeper sofa, the dining table comfortably seats 6.
A guest room, queen, has a private bath, the other guest room with two twins and TV.

Tickets are available for advance purchase only at the Park Office of Camp Helen State Park, starting December 15th. Seating is very limited, and tickets are expected to sell out quickly; only guests with pre-purchased tickets will be admitted to the Lodge. Ticket holders may enter the Lodge and select their seats starting at 6:00 PM. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of Camp Helen, and the music will begin at 6:30 PM. This house was a little outside the area we typically stay but had a great little beach access. The house is tight, but when you spend most of your time outdoors it fits all your needs and we would definitely stay here again! As another guest mentioned, the house is minimally stocked. They provide bath towels, a broom, dust pan, vacuum and a few toiletries to get you through the first few days. Be sure to pack your beach towels and hair dryer. The only comment I would make is on the washing machine. It is a front loader and you can tell it has been closed after loads countless times because the rim was covered in mold and smelled of mildew. I wiped it down and left it open for the duration of our trip to try and help dry it out. The pool was a hit with the kids and when they were over the beach it was a great way to stay cool. Thank you for the memories!

We loved it here! It was clean and well maintained on the inside and outside. The pool was very nice to have. We would stay here again. The walk to the beach was not bad. We had a wagon and carried our chairs. Would recommend for a family of 4!

This location was absolutely the way to go. You have a more private beach area even tho it‚’s public there we‚’re not a ton like the other end of pcb. Only experienced traffic when we went to dinner at other end of beach or shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly biking and golf cart people. Was worth every penny to have our own private pool plus a short drive to the beach. If we were younger walking would have been good too or biking to the beach. Not far at all with a small amount of grass parking for carts and cars. And bikes At the beach entrance. We will def book again ! We got to experience the best side of pcb. Also loved the closeness to everything. Rosemary beach plus lots of dining options. Great place. We had 4 people and was plenty of space for us.

We loved the house, the pool area was stunning. The house was cozy and everyone at Oversee made us feel welcomed and was extremely responsive to any question we had. The two bikes made all the difference and enriched our experience vacationing greatly, enabling us to enjoy the area without having to rent costly bicycles daily. The small thoughtful touches the entire Oversee team out in are noticeable and go such a long way in making guests feel like this was the best choice for a vacation stay. We are thankful and will be booking with Oversee next time we are back without any hesitation.

We loved this property and the location. Back yard with the pool was fantastic for my children. We really wished the pool was heated, especially for Spring Break. Proximity to the breach was great and neighborhood was quiet and safe.

We rented a house and we were beyond thrilled with the property.The house and property were pristine. Professional pool service took care of the crystal clear salt water pool. The linens, towels and beach towels were plentiful and high quality. Oversee also provided 2 comfortable Beach Cruiser bicycles which we thoroughly enjoyed. The home is nice and has everything you would expect in a vacation home. The pool is fantastic and well kept. I have zero complaints and will be back again next year. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close enough to enjoy PCB but out of the busy area close to the pier.

Floating on the raft in the sun was the highlight of my trip! It was very easy to check in, the hosts were in contact with us prior to check in and check out. We did not need any additional help, but if we would have I have no doubt the host would have been responsive! The location is also great, walking distance to the beach and near our favorite restaurants!

We wanted a place to sit in the sun by a pool. The landscaping out back is excellent for exactly that. The porch was perfect in the rain. One more comfy spot for sitting in the living room would be a nice addition. The “standard” coffee maker is a pod style, not loose grounds with filter and pot.

We loved staying at Point Three in PCB in June. The house was very clean, plenty of towels and other amenities to enjoy. The sunroom and pool were very nice. We had other family members staying in the same neighborhood so the pool gave us a place for a change of venue. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend this for a nice beach getaway. It was an easy walk to the beach with public access. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the property manager took very good care of us.
