Moon Dance is a luxurious, gulf-front escape with breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast—perfect for couples or small families.
The second floor features a primary suite with a king bed, private bath, and a balcony that offers seating and a swing bed for those stunning sunrises and sunsets.
Another guest bedroom, king, also has its own private bath. A ladder leads to the third-floor bonus room, which has a full and twin bed, ideal for extra guests or kids.
On the main level, you’ll find a half bath and a laundry room. The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with marble countertops, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The living room, with its 65-inch smart TV, opens up to stunning Gulf views.
Step outside through the sliding glass doors to a beachfront patio with a dining area and cozy seating—your perfect spot to unwind. Stunning.

10/10 stay. We have stayed all over the world and this may be our favorite AirBnB. Much more beautiful than the photos – the view is breathtaking. Top tier appliances and kitchenware. Comfortable furniture and beds – perfect custom bunk bed for children. The location is in a quiet area and the beach is totally private – gorgeous white sand and clear water. Absolutely wonderful stay!!

Location was amazing! Being able to walk out to the private beach was so convenient, especially with a toddler. Space was clean and quiet. Easy drive or walk to downtown Rosemary beach. Grocery store is close. We would definitely come back!

Our stay was superb! You really can‚’t beat the location ‚Äî waking up to the view of the beach was incredible. We loved how convenient the parking was and how easy it made coming and going. The kitchen had top-tier appliances that made in-home cooking a breeze, and the home itself was spotless with quality furnishings throughout.
The outdoor spaces were a highlight — from the lower and upper patios to the bedroom balcony with its amazing swing. Our toddler loved playing on the deck, and dining outdoors felt so special. The setup of the home made our trip smooth and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
We made such wonderful memories here and can‚’t wait to return next year!

We recently stayed at this beautifully renovated beach property, and it exceeded our expectations. The recent renovation was done exceptionally well, with high-end appliances and a tasteful design throughout. The view was simply amazing, and beach access couldn’t have been easier. There was a charming loft that would be perfect for families with young children, though we didn’t use it ourselves. Oversee, as always, provided thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ve stayed with them multiple times, and they continue to be our go-to hosts in the area. Highly recommend!
