Mellow Yellow makes it easy to soak up the Florida sunshine. Lounge by your private pool, fire up the grill for sunset dinners, and enjoy a laid-back getaway just a short walk from Seagrove Beach’s iconic white sand.
Tucked (or is it nestled?) into the heart of Old Seagrove, this home sits near 30A, a stretch of the Gulf Coast known for its charm and natural beauty, a perfect spot for beach days, bike rides, and grabbing a fresh seafood dinner nearby.
Inside, the main level is open and inviting, with a comfy living area, dining space, and a kitchen that keeps the conversation flowing. A guest room with two twin beds and a hall bath make it great for families.
Upstairs, the primary suite comes with a private wraparound porch (ideal for slow mornings with coffee), while the guest rooms has its own full bath.
The third level is a gem. The hidden hangout, with a cozy kitchenette and outdoor seating area, set the scene for sunset cocktails over the Seagrove treetops.

Stayed at this property for a one month vacation and it did not disappoint. In fact, it surprised me! Mainly at how wonderful this property management company is – responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to assist! The house was also perfect for our needs – super close to the beach and a lovely nature trail. Includes beach chairs, beach blankets and bikes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the bbq was a nice perk. The pool was nice to have although we didn’t use it since we came for the beach!! The property is also in a great central location between seaside and Alys beach. Can’t say enough good things about the e tire experience CE. Highly recommend

I can‚’t say enough good things about Mellow Yellow. It was perfect for my family of 5. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick car ride from Seaside, so the location was great and made for a perfect vacation for me and my family.

Mellow yellow was a dream. The distance to beach was perfect, as well as the distance to other beaches. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool and grill as well. Easy check in and easy access for the family to come and go to the beach.

Mellow Yellow was perfect for our family! Quick and easy walk to public beach access with plenty of area to set up for a beach day! The bikes were amazing to use to ride down to Seaside and explore. The splash pool was refreshing. Loved the extra touches by Oversee 30a 🙂 Felt like it was our own place!

Great location. Easy 3-5 min walk to the beach. Full kitchen which made it possible to cook and enjoy meals as a family. Property manager was communicative and able to assist with any needs promptly.

My whole family (my parents, husband, and 2 kids under 3) stayed at this house. It was perfect!! We loved how close we were to the beach, the house fit us all comfortably, and the sidewalks outside were perfect for teaching my 3 year old how to ride a bike. We loved this house and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Mellow Yellow for our annual Beach Getaway with a group of college friends and our kids. This house was perfect! Most of our group had never experienced 30A before, so this was the perfect spot right in the middle of everything. The beach access was right across the street, making it incredibly easy for us to have awesome beach days. The patio pool was the perfect size for hanging out, especially with little kids. We would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!

Property was just as described. Easy walk to beach straight down San Juan. Heads up that there is bridge construction going on right beside the property currently and those guys get going pretty early in the morn. Have used Oversee multiple times and they always do a great job with communication.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Yellow Mellow however we would suggest to fix the gap at the entrance door to prevent unwanted visitors. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, perfect location and loved biking to the local restaurants. We also appreciated an early check in as we were tired from the car trip with 4 kids. As I called the office answered immediately and let us in, what a relief! After a short nap we ran to the beach and the view was breathtaking! Thank you for a perfect family vacation. We also loved the pool by the house, great for relaxing or playing too!

We had a relaxing vacation at Mellow Yellow. The house was very clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us and we loved the decks, especially the 3rd floor one. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The walk to the beach was very doable and easy. We also appreciated having the bikes as part of the rental.The house had trees and plants on both sides so was very private even though there are other houses on the street. The management company is great! Definitely recommend this house and we will try to stay here again next time we come. It is very convenient to Seaside, which my teenagers enjoyed.

We had a nice stay at Mellow Yellow. We had a minor issue with something and the property manager took care of it. The house is a little old and needs a few things repaired. The location is great and the pool was really nice. We also liked that it came with 3 beach chairs and 3 bikes.

Perfect place for our party of 6. Great location. Lots of outdoor space. Clean and updated. Oversee was very attentive when a smoke alarm battery started chirping in one of the bedrooms. They came over that night to change it so that we could sleep!

Mellow Yellow is a perfect vacation house. It was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. It is a 4 minute walk to the beach, with great access. There are coffee shops and a breakfast/lunch restaurant within less than a 10 minute walk. The check in procedure is easy, the management staff at Oversee are responsive and helpful. Everything was just as a renter would want. Highly recommend.

Pulling up to Mellow Yellow was a dream. It was absolutely perfect for our stay. We had an issue with the heating of the pool and they were so amazing and prompt to getting it fixed!!! Won’t even give A bad rating due to the customer service we received. We will definitely be back and have already recommended Oversee to tons of friends!!! Best customer service ever!!! Beautiful home, beds so comfy, I have never been to a place that had absolutely no dust, super clean and the grill worked great!

We had a nice time here. The house is spacious and clean. It was missing a dust pan but when I asked the management company had someone drop one off the same day. Quiet area. It is a very short walk to the beach, however it is a beach access with no ramp so when we carried the youngest and all the toys and wagon we walked to next access over. Still a short walk to that one too but would have been more convenient not to do that. I should have checked the beach access points better I guess. The pool was the perfect for our family and we spend a ton of time in it. Its also nice that the laundry room is where the back door is for quickly tossing towels in the washer. The house does need some tlc for minor repairs but it is nothing huge. I would certainly rent again and recommend. We did let management know the dishwasher smelled like fish and laundry room did too when you opened the door so they could handle that. Would also recommend the shaved ice place down the street, Hokulia Shave Ice. It was delicious!

Everything was perfect. The house was amazing. It was extremely clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for an evening swim. We had a wonderful trip. Highly recommend for couples or families. Only one comment, small issue, the outdoor light over the pool needs to be fixed. It was not a big deal as we just used the pool light. We really also enjoyed the bikes and got to ride to Rosemary Beach one morning. We would absolutely rent this house again.

This was a great choice for our family. The location is excellent– close and easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc.There were a few items that needed minor repairs. The kitchen needed a better inventory of utensils, pots and pans and serving dishes. Overall, we were very happy with our choice. And what a plus to be able to watch fireworks from the 3rd story porch!

We loved the location to the beach! We thought the unit needs some general maintenance and painting inside. It was clearly purely a retail unit and there was no word of another unit (vacant) on the same property so there is no backyard.

We enjoyed our stay in the house and the proximity to the beach, as well as local eateries. The house needs a little TLC, and it most definitely needs a broom and a vacuum cleaner that works. With 3 little kids we could’ve cleaned up a bit better after ourselves if we had these things. Beds were comfy. No issues arose during our stay. Property managers even let us in two hours early, which was wonderful.

Located just a quick walk to beach access but just set back enough from 30A for a peaceful stay. Will definitely look at this location again for our next family vacation! The complimentary 3 bikes were much appreciated and were good bikes too!
