Beyond the heated private pool, the star of the show, the layout strikes a smart balance between lively gathering spaces and quiet corners to retreat. The main living level sits on the third floor, where the kitchen and living room take center stage. Large balcony doors pull in natural light, perfect for long meals, late conversations, and a steady rotation of snacks from the kitchen.

An oversized island, top-tier appliances, and plenty of room to linger mean no one’s stuck cooking alone. Head upstairs to the fourth level for a favorite hangout: a wet bar, sweeping water views, and a balcony that earns its keep at sunset.
Seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths give everyone room to spread out and settle in. From the primary suite on the second floor to the private retreats up top, every bedroom comes with its own TV and luxe linens. Comfort is not optional here.
Out back, the heated private pool anchors the outdoor scene. A poolside kitchenette and gas grill make it easy to drift from swimming to grilling without breaking the flow of the day.
