This summer, individuals can enjoy live music, theater, and more under the shade of The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center. On Thursday, June 26th, the 30A Songwriters Showcase will feature Ruthie Foster. Each month, a different children's play from The Seaside REP will be presented, along with family nights or friendly neighborhood races with Fleet Feet. The 30A Songwriter’s Festival Showcase will include performances by nationally known artists such as the Abe Patridge Band, Ruthie Foster, Gurufish, and Livingston Taylor. With ample parking, a covered pavilion, and ceiling fans, the Pavilion at Watersound Town Center is quickly becoming a popular destination for outdoor events in South Walton. These events are free and open to the public.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beachfront Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience.
The location is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the comfort of the living room. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the private lanai made this stay truly unforgettable.
The house itself is beautifully decorated, IMMACULATELY clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the linens is Awesome, and there are plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the property that show how much care the host has put into creating a welcoming environment.
Special THANKS to Hailey and her friend! Thank you for letting us using the office refrigerator to keep our groceries! And for coming to the rescue!
