Welcome to Legacy 201, a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental condo located in the picturesque Seagrove Beach area of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This spacious condo boasts a comfortable and stylish interior, perfect for families or groups looking to make memories on the Gulf Coast.

As soon as you enter Legacy 201, you'll be struck by the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be enjoyed from the open living area and kitchen, as well as the master bedroom and the large balcony. The master suite features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, one shares a Jack & Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has four twin bunk beds and one twin trundle.

The third bathroom is in the hall.

The Legacy community is a gated community with private beach access that's just a short walk from the condo. You'll also be a short walk from Cumberland Farms convenience store, Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, and Under The Sea Ice Cream. A short bike ride will take you to the charming town of Seaside, FL, where you'll find a variety of dining and shopping options.

Legacy 201 has been newly renovated with all new furniture and fresh painting and features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. The Legacy community has 2 communal pools, one of them beachfront, and there is an elevator in the condo building. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, vehicle information will be required.
