For guests who purchased tickets including dinner and preferred seating, they are asked to arrive at 5:00 PM for dinner. These ticket holders will have seating closer to the stage. The show runs from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Guests with "Show only" tickets should arrive between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If they wish to eat from the normal dinner menu before the show, they are advised to make a reservation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow enough time to finish their meal. The specific menu for preferred seating ticket holders includes the following options: Soup or Salad: Gulf Coast She Crab Soup with Blue Crab Flitters OR Legacy Hydroponic Red Romaine Caesar Salad with Crispy Pecorino Romano Croutons. Oversee is always our go to for a Santa Rosa 30a beach rental. This year was at THE SEA GODDESS and it was AMAZING. Room was super clean, had everything we needed. Beach had a private area for the condo which was nice. Very close to our favorite plant store , clay 30a.

I loved the property. Just right size for 2. There was daytime repair/move in work in the unit above that was noisy and disturbed my husband as he was inside more than I was. I would stay again.

Great location and lovely clean facility with amazing view. Just know that you have to walk through the bathroom to reach the bedroom. It can be logistically challenging if one person is in the bathroom and the other needs to access the bedroom. Take Deet. There are biting sandflies all over the panhandle. There is only one fob to open the gate to the beach area. You have to be on the same schedule with your partner or someone is left without a fob. The unit is beautiful and well appointed. We loved it!
