Leeward II Unit 6 overlooks the beach! This 2nd-floor beachfront condo is in Seagrove, near Eastern Lake, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This condo is all about the beautiful gulf front view!

Up the stairs (the building does not have an elevator), the open kitchen and living area includes a sleeper sofa. Off the living area is the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a full bath, and a nook with a twin bed.

A private beach access is available for the building, while two public beach accesses are less than a 3-minute walk away.

Additionally, a rare coastal dune lake has public beach access. Stroll to Eastern Lake, simply beautiful and only a five-minute walk from your condo, perfect for kids to splash around in.
