Very peaceful place! Loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the water. The house had everything we need. Walkable to the beach and some local spots. Very quiet area. Centrally located. The second bedroom is in the loft without doors but that was clearly shown in the description and the house has auto shades to help block out light for that sleeper. Overall a wonderful place to stay

Fabulous location, great property manager and wonderful house with loads of amenities. We loved being on Eastern Lake with the ability to fish from the time we woke up. Kayaks, SUPs and bikes, beach tent and chairs, everything you need for fun in the sun. The home is comfy and well cared for, especially loved the beds and pillows! Quiet street, easy access to beaches and restaurants/shops on 30A. We will definitely rent through Oversee again and highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house in 30A! The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were peaceful, and we loved enjoying our morning coffee on the porch. The location was perfect, tucked away for privacy but still just a short drive or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy all that 30A has to offer!

When we first arrived, there was no water turned on. Oversee got this taken care of pretty quickly after getting in touch with them.

The place was beautiful and therea is a great place to get away and relax. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards where you can use on the lake all the way to the beach. It was definitely a wonderful place to stay and we would love to stay here again.

Nothing but great things to say about 30A Lakeside Retreat. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed to make family meals and feel right at home. Being able to use the paddle boards and kayaks right off the back dock was amazing and a huge bonus. Location was awesome: beautiful (and not too crowded) beach access just down the street, multiple terrific restaurants, stores (and ice cream!) within a short walk or bike ride. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay there again.
