Hop on the provided bikes and take a scenic ride along 30A. Seaside is a few minutes away, but closer to home are wonderful restaurants like Surfing Deer, Seagrove Village Market, Cafe Thirty-A, and Perfect Pig.
Relax on the wrap-around porch furnished with rocking chairs and an oversized porch swing. Inside, the spacious home is elegantly decorated, with a living room and kitchen area on the first level.
Kick back and unwind while enjoying live streaming on the large TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family-sized meals, making dining in a delight.
Delivery and takeout are also a delicious and convenient option.
The first-floor primary bedroom, king, is a couple's perfect ensuite, with walk-in shower, desk, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, the loft features a large TV, family-friendly games, and a comfy chair transforms into a pull-out twin. The shared hall bathroom makes this an ideal space to unwind. Two guest rooms, both queen, with TVs, complete the upstairs retreat.

The house was perfect and met our expectations based off the description. We were close by to a lot of great places that were easy to get to. The beach access was easy to walk, bike or cart to. We always had parking at the beach access as well. We spent a lot of time biking around and there is a local bike path near by. We plan on coming back!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It is decorated beautifully and had plenty of space. Super close to public beach access and a quick bike ride or golf cart ride to shopping/restaurants. We loved having bikes and the golf cart. I HIGHLY recommend. Great communication and super clean!

We had a fabulous time here! Our family stayed for a month, and the house was well stocked with items we needed for a longer stay. The space was extremely clean – everything seemed almost brand new. The included golf cart was a huge bonus and really made getting back and forth to the beach easier. The closest public beach access point, San Juan, has stairs, but another public access about one block over has a ramp, which we found more convenient for wagons, strollers, old knees, etc. There is a trail at the end of San Juan that we enjoyed walking on in the mornings. For even more added value, they included 4 bicycles with the house. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting our family and taking such good care of us!

This home was awesome in every way . It was quiet and peaceful .. very comfortable home. Resort style linens in every bedroom, open beautiful kitchen and living area.
Huge covered porch with rockers and a hanging day bed.
Upstairs had a sitting area equipped with large tv, couch, games and table.. the kids loved this area.
It was perfect for our family of 6 which included 2 teenagers and a 9 year old.
Was a quick bicycle ride to the beach access and to Seaside area.
Was also near an Icecream and donut shop!
Having the 4 bicycles included was a great addition.
Was plenty of beach chairs on the back covered porch area.
