Unique dual-living layout with separate entrances

Joanna House by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024

Joanna House is a remarkable coastal retreat designed for those who crave both connection and a little extra privacy. Boasting a highly unique layout with completely separate entrances for the first and second floors, this Seagrove stunner gives everyone—including the family dog—the perfect amount of space to truly unwind. When you aren't lounging in the bright, comfortable living spaces upstairs, you will naturally be drawn outside to the spectacular private pool and spillover spa. Let the vacation begin!

Head up the exterior stairs to the main second-floor entrance, where you are welcomed by a beautifully bright and inviting living area. The fully equipped upstairs kitchen and adjacent dining area make meal prep a breeze, complete with a fantastic little bar setup and wine fridge for your evening toast.

Step right through the living room doors onto a gorgeous deck overlooking the sprawling pool below. Meanwhile, the independently accessed first floor serves as its own private sanctuary, boasting a second full kitchen. A massive laundry room equipped with two washers and two dryers to easily handle beach towels for the whole crew.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread out for maximum comfort. Down on the separate first level, you will find a king bed alongside a twin-over-twin trundle setup, plus a full bathroom, making it an ideal suite for a small family. The second floor features a stunning primary king suite boasting a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower, along with an additional full guest bathroom in the hall. Journey up to the third floor to discover two more peaceful retreats—a spacious king bedroom and a cozy queen bedroom—that share a full hallway bathroom.

Nestled right in the heart of the Seagrove area, this pet-friendly haven offers the perfect launchpad to explore everything 30A has to offer. With a handy carport and ample parking for four vehicles, group travel is an absolute breeze.

At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple: clean, comfy stays with a local team always close by. Our office is nearby, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything.
