Holzworth House

House was as advertised and very convenient to restaurants and beach! Highly recommend.

Great location

Due to a last minute change in plans, we selected this location for a family together. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place was just the right size for two families with two separate living spaces. Each space had a private balcony and both spaces were big enough for each family to join. The access to the public beach was right on time. We literally had to walk across the street and we were right on the beach. The property had a chair and an umbrella so we only had to pay for an additional set-but it was worth it. The inside was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were very clean as well. The host was very responsive to my questions.
Overall, this location may be a new family getaway as the public beach access coupled with the spacious home, are my main two takeaways.

Our stay at the Holzworth house was great! It was very clean, and was a short walk from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, very quick to respond when we had an issue with the washer. Nice extras like bikes and beach chairs.

Highly recommend it. House is located very close to the beach entrance. The house is very clean and functional except for the small kitchen on the second floor the kitchen on the third floor Very spacious. It’s also located near a Publix grocery store.

Wonderful location! The upstairs bedroom is awesome and the bed is so comfortable. The little porch is terrific, but needs at least 2 bar height stools to see gulf. Easy bike ride to crazy crowded Seaside. Loved our stay at this house.

The house is in a great location directly across from the beach making the access a super short walk. House was clean and worked well for our family. The best part of the experience was the staff at Oversee. They are easy to get ahold of and go above and beyond for anything you need.

This house is in a perfect location. Very close to the beach and Seaside. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very small, but we knew that ahead of booking. We liked that there was a full kitchen upstairs. The extra refrigerator was very handy. There is a serious lack of outdoor furniture, but we learned that ahead of booking too. I strongly recommend the addition of a dining set on deck. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We will defiantly book with them again!

Great location, very convenien to Seagrove restaurants and Seaside, also BASICALLY ON THE BEACH. This place was nothing fancy, but that’s not what you need at the beach!! We loved having the 2 bicycles provided for us already, that was a major perk. We would definitely stay here again, the main porch absolutely wonderful to hang out on. The only downside to this place was that the property management forgot to give us more than 1 trash bag so we had to buy our own.

Close to grocery store, restaurants and beach. The house is comfortable for a family of four. We love this area and always have a great vacation.

The place was wonderful!

I stayed in Holzworth House for a week in late September 2018. The weather was perfect. The house was exactly as described. The beach is a short walk across 30A. 2 minute drive to my favorite restaurants Cafe Thirty A and Great Southern. 10 minute walk on the beach or the side walk to all the shops and restaurants of Seaside. Whiskey Tango is literally 2 doors down from the house. The washer/dryer and beach accessories (beach chairs, boogie boards, 2 bikes and beach umbrellas) were an added bonus. The master bedroom and bathroom down stairs was large with lots of closet space. The front bedroom has two beds and a bathroom right across the hall. Upstairs has a kitchenette, a bed, seating area and its own deck. No bathroom upstairs but there is one at the bottom of the stairs. I was very pleased with my stay. Did not have to contact customer service for anything. I would recommend this house to anyone.

It was very easy to book the house online, and I was happy to see that it was available for Labor Day weekend. A week from the stay, Oversee provided great communication with texts, emails, and notifications through the hospitality app. The house was clean, and we even met the person who does the final walk through who was very nice. The kitchen had nice appliances and well stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware. My only suggestion would be a stock pot or crock pot for making chili on game day. 🙂 The outdoor shower was very useful! The upstairs loft area was awesome, and it was great having two kitchens throughout the house. It was wonderful to stay across the street from the beach with a very close public access. The bike ride from Seaside was very short, and I loved that the house was so close to Cowgirl and other Seagrove restaurants. We brought our bikes, but the bikes that came with the rental were great for our friends who didn’t bring one. Overall, I will definitely consider staying at the Holzworth House again!

Holzworth House was fantastic!!! We loved staying there. The accommodations were perfect! The house was very clean, spacious and close to the beach. Oversee Rentals (the property mgmt. company) were wonderful too! They made the whole process super easy through various forms of communication and we loved that they provided helpful tips and recommendations throughout the process. I highly recommend both the Holzworth House and Oversee Rentals!!

This house was awesome. We were a little worried about how close it really was to the beach, we’ve had bad experiences with houses in the past being further than the listing suggested. I think this house was actually closer! With 5 little kids (we even had our 2 year old walking) it took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. We rented bikes with the kid trailers on the back and it was an easy bike ride to Seaside. It was so nice having two living room areas so the kids could split up. The house does have Wifi so we used our Firestick in the downstairs TV so the kids could log into their Netflix. The beds and pillows were all comfortable. The deck was huge and has a gate you can put up on the stairs if you don’t want your kids going down. We already rebooked for next year!

It was indeed a great location, close to Seaside for our kids to ride their bikes! We enjoyed our stay!

House has 2 King beds and 2 queen beds. The studio upstairs makes for a great separation if needed. Loved the location, very close to beach entrance. 1 mile from Seaside and comes with 2 bikes. I would definitely consider renting this home again. Plenty of space for parking and extra couches to lounge in common areas.

We had a wonderful week! The Holzworth House was perfect for us. There was plenty of space to spread out and to come together for meals and family time.

We had 6 adults and 1 infant stay for 3 nights as we were in town for a wedding. The location is amazing; walking distance to Seaside and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Also, Pulix was only a mile away which was also very nice as you are able to pick up food, drinks, etc. for the stay. The only thing I have to note is that the main living space is a bit more cramped than the images portray and the main bathroom is quite small to share with 4 adults and a child. That being said, for the price and location I would stay again and highly recommend for a small group.

The property was well maintained and very clean! We liked the central location and being able to walk, ride bikes or drive to Seaside quickly while also having a quiet beach across the street.Having a separate living area and kitchen on the 3rd floor was nice. The teenagers were able to “be on their own” up there while the younger kids stayed downstairs with us. Plenty of seating for everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our week!
