Located just two blocks from the Blue Mountain public beach access, this home offers convenient beach days with four private parking spaces off County Highway 83, plus additional parking via the alley.
This unique four-story main home—plus a two-story carriage house—was thoughtfully designed for groups or multiple families. There’s plenty of space to gather, play, and entertain, with a layout that also offers privacy when you need it.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group! Not only is it beautiful and within walking distance of the beach, but the layout couldn‚’t have been better for several couples traveling together. The property has four separate areas: the main home with the master and 2 additional bedrooms, a lower level with two bedrooms and a bath, plus the carriage house with two separate units. One unit had a king bed, bunk beds, bathroom and living room, while the upstairs unit had a king, small kitchen, bathroom and living space. This setup gave everyone privacy while still allowing us to enjoy time together. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and so comfortable. We couldn‚’t have asked for a better place to stay ‚Äî highly recommend!

Overall, such a gorgeous home and great for a big group! Lots of bathrooms and spaces for people to get away. Great location/easy walk to the beach. We had some issues that did take away from the experience: – At check in, one of the floors key pads ran out of battery so we couldn‚’t access for a while and had to have someone come out – WiFi was out for the first 2 days of our trip, which some of the group was relying on for work. – the maintenance person sent for the wifi was there most of the afternoon (both days) and on one night, stayed until 10:30pm which wasn‚’t comfortable. We also had to have people stay back from the beach to meet them and make sure they weren‚’t there alone with all our stuff, so that took away from the experience. – the carriage house was great, but had some drainage issues leaving those staying there to shower in other bathroomsThey were very quick to respond to the issues, but just was unfortunate that we had to deal with the maintenance and inconveniences on vacation. Overall, we all enjoyed the house.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had lots of space for our large family. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. The hosts were responsive when we had questions or issues that needed to be addressed. We loved having two refrigerators and the size of the kitchen worked well for us. The gas stove was a little tricky – stove cooking was hot hot and oven took a while to get things cooked, but it all worked out in the end. Bring basic ingredients and any kid friendly dishes if you need them. Publix is super close so we made use of that. Lots of options for streaming when we wanted downtime. Internet was fast. The house has several sleeping areas, some of which are not connected to the others. It worked out but it was confusing at first. The pool was amazing, especially in the afternoon when we didn’t feel like going back to the beach. Our littles loved being able to play on the shallow level. Tons of parking for all our cars and golf cart. Overall, we had a great stay!
