With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Five Porches offers multiple spaces for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the two spacious living areas, a game room, and a charming bunk room. A first-floor living room offers a linear gas fireplace, and a second-level gathering area features a large screened-in porch and media wall.
High-end finishes grace every corner, including shiplap accents, raised ceilings with crown molding, engineered hardwood floors, custom closets, and exquisite quartzite and ceramic tile adorning all the baths.
The primary bedroom’s ensuite bath features stunning veined tile and a luxurious stand-alone tub.
On the first level, a primary bedroom, king, has an ensuite bath and a private entrance. The primary suite on the second level offers complete privacy, along with an ensuite luxurious bath and a private balcony.
The third level features three additional bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds and a bunk room with four full beds. Each of these has its own private balcony.

House was in immaculate condition and plenty of room for our family to spread out. Tree Tops neighborhood is serene and this house was perfect. Utilized all 5 porches especially the screened in one with a tv. We’ll be back!

The house was beautiful and so spacious! With an unfortunate cancellation from another property, we thankfully found this home and were so glad we did! There was way more than enough room for our family of 5. The house was very clean and kitchen fully stocked. It was a great location, and we were able to bike through Seacrest neighborhood. The communication was fantastic and quick responses. We would definitely go back here again!!!!

We loved our rental, it was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the decor and the amenities. We were close to the beach without being in the crazy area of young kids riding around unsupervised. I loved it quiet neighborhood, with only a 4 minute drive to the beach.

Just returned home from a week long stay at this house and everything was great! The golf cart and bikes were very handy, and they were very responsive to all of our questions. The pool was very close and private and was our go to after a long day on the beach.

Just had a 7 day stay with my family!!! Had a airbnb cancel on me when we arrived at the property!! Booked with the oversee property they replied within minutes!! Got us settled right on in!!! Everything was so great we will be booking again!!

Great home that accommodated our baseball family so well! Lots of space for the kids and adults. Pool right across the street made for easy fun. Good cart was great for riding around and going to 30A for sunsets. Our kids loved the bikes. The second floor porch was my favorite for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Great home and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our visit. The layout of the home was well designed and it seemed larger than the square footage might lead one to believe. The screened in porch was a very nice feature that we really enjoyed. Thank you for allowing us to visit your lovely property!
