This adorable five-bedroom, two-story dream home in Seacrest makes sure everyone has room to spread out, and with plenty of reasons to come back together.
The main floor brings it!
These are gorgeous, colorful spaces, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas flow into one easy, communal area. Great for big beach-day breakfasts or slow dinners where nobody's in a rush to leave the table.
When the sun dips low, the magic moves outside, where the back patio and private pool earns its keep. A dedicated grilling area, outdoor seating, a TV for the game, and a firepit that tends to keep people up way too late.
The first floor also hosts a primary suite, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and an additional guest room with a queen bed and its own private bath. Both feel like a proper retreat after a full day in the sun.
Upstairs is set up for more guests and kids. A guest room with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and another guest room with a pair of twin beds. Each has a private bath, so mornings stay low-drama. Between the rooms lies a convenient kitchenette and lounge area, making it easy to grab a cold drink or a late-night snack without heading back downstairs.
Outside, six bikes are ready for exploring the neighborhood. The outdoor shower handles the post-beach rinse. The private pool handles everything else.
The Oversee 30A team is nearby every day, with a 24/7 line for anything that comes up. Come as you are. Stay as long as you can.

We just wrapped up a wonderful trip to 30A and it was our second time getting a house through Oversee. Their customer service is top notch along with their included amenities. Every house we have stayed in has been absolutely stunning. Amazing beds, bathrooms, pools and we love the bikes! Our shower even had a steam sauna at Fin and Tonic! Will continue to rent via Oversee!

The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the beach and the pool was an added benefit! The house was perfect for our family vacation. The living and kitchen area was so roomy, perfect for our big family to all spend time together. The pool was the perfect size for the kids to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. The host was so responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Fin & Tonic! The house was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, and provided everything we needed (and some things we didn’t even know we needed!). Proximity to the beach was key, and the 3 minute walk to beach access was perfect. Having a relaxing pool to return to was also SO nice. This was our first visit to 30A, and we’re already talking about returning next summer, hopefully to our “home away from home” at F&T.
