Have a big family? Book “Family Ties” just down the block at 76 Montgomery Street. Booking both houses ensures you’ll have exclusive access to the private beach: Just thirty steps from the water!

Sugar-white sand: just 300 feet away. Your own heated pool: out back, waiting. Ethridge House brings the good stuff without making a big fuss about it.

Set in laid-back Seagrove Beach, this two-story hideaway makes a solid case for doing less (but enjoying more).

The first floor has three comfy bedrooms, a second living area with a wet bar (midnight snacks encouraged), and a laundry room that’s actually big enough to be useful.

Step outside to the private pool and patio, ideal for cannonballs, cocktails, or both. Very nice.

Upstairs, the kitchen is open, airy, and fully prepped for everything from pancake stacks to fresh-caught dinners. The main living and dining areas are right there, along with a balcony that practically insists on evening drinks.

Four bikes are ready to roll, and 30A is your playground. Ride the Timpoochee Trail, stop for tacos, browse a boutique, wander into Seaside or Rosemary without a plan. It’s all within reach… and better by bike!

The property was well located and the kitchen was well stocked. It‚’s a no frills place but it‚’s super close to the beach and town and very clean. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. I‚’d definitely recommend it for a family

Note: We had a bike stolen – the bikes were unlocked and in the driveway when we arrived and one was later missing. The bikes had low tires and some had seats that fell so they weren‚’t easy to use – don‚’t rely on the bikes as advertised and if they‚’re unlocked when you arrive, definitely lock them or it will be a hassle to deal with the third party bike company the property managers contract with.

If it weren‚’t for the bike situation this would have been a perfect stay but we couldn‚’t use them and now have to deal with the theft issue and haven‚’t been able to connect with the bike company after repeated attempts. Oversee says we need to work with the rental co or they‚’ll have to charge us $475 and it hasn‚’t been easy.

We had a great visit at this home! The location was perfect. It was a super short walk to the beach access (maybe 2 mins), a quick bike ride to Seaside, and a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and Publix. We had a nice view of the ocean. The home was laid out well, had all of the amenities we needed and was very clean. The master bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms have all been remodeled. We were all pleased with this home! The pool area was great, too. We don‚’t use it much because it was a little too chilly for us, but we did sit out by the pool. I would stay here again!

The Ethridge house is a great vacation home close to the beach with great amenities. We have been vacationing in the area for 30 years and the Ethridge house for a few. Very relaxing house that works great for my family. Can’t wait to go back in 2026

Oversee did everything very well with the Ethridge house. The house was super clean and in a great peaceful location. Perfectly nestled between Destin and Panama City. Having the pool, the grill, the bikes‚Ä¶ we had everything at our disposal! All while being two minutes from the beach.

We will definitely come back‚Ä¶ and if it not this house it‚’ll be an oversee house!

Location is the name of the game with this house. You‚’re just steps away from a very private beach. We loved the pool in the back and our family of four teens and two adults fit perfectly. The location of this house is the best part if you want to be close to a quiet beach and get all the benefits of 30a.
