Set in laid-back Seagrove Beach, this two-story hideaway makes a solid case for doing less (but enjoying more).

The first floor has three comfy bedrooms, a second living area with a wet bar (midnight snacks encouraged), and a laundry room that’s actually big enough to be useful.

Step outside to the private pool and patio, ideal for cannonballs, cocktails, or both. Very nice.

Upstairs, the kitchen is open, airy, and fully prepped for everything from pancake stacks to fresh-caught dinners. The main living and dining areas are right there, along with a balcony that practically insists on evening drinks.

Four bikes are ready to roll, and 30A is your playground. Ride the Timpoochee Trail, stop for tacos, browse a boutique, wander into Seaside or Rosemary without a plan. It’s all within reach… and better by bike!

Event Information: The event is scheduled for November 9th or December 7th, with the show starting at 6:30 PM. It will be held live on the main stage at Old Florida Fish House. For dinner with preferred seating ticket holders, guests should arrive at 5:00 PM for dinner. The show runs from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and these ticket holders will have seating closer to the stage. For show-only tickets, guests should arrive between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If guests wish to eat from the normal dinner menu, it is suggested to make a reservation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow enough time to finish dinner before the show. The menu includes a choice of soup or salad: Gulf Coast She Crab Soup with Blue Crab Flitters, or Legacy Hydroponic Red Romaine Caesar Salad with Crispy Pecorino Romano Croutons. Entrée options are Risotto Gamberetto (Prawns) with Roasted Acorn Squash, Fava Beans, Arugula, and Charred Citrus Beurre Blanc; Texas Raised Akaishi Herb and Garlic Roasted Tri-tip with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Toasted Pink Peppercorn Cognac Cream; or Joyce Farm Chicken Florentine with Creamy Pernod Spinach, Saffron Capellini Pasta, and Balsamic Glazed Asparagus. The Ethridge house is a great vacation home close to the beach with great amenities. We have been vacationing in the area for 30 years and the Ethridge house for a few. Very relaxing house that works great for my family. Can’t wait to go back in 2026

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Conveniently located to Seaside and just a few steps to get to the beach access. The house had better views that we thought. We would definitely stay there again!
