A private pool takes center stage in a fully fenced yard made for floating, lounging, and evening dinners outside. Six complimentary bikes make exploring 30A simple and enjoyable, from quick beach runs to sunset rides. You’re gonna love Endless Summer.
The single-story layout keeps things simple and stylish. Natural light fills the home, highlighting clean lines, coastal touches, and a layout that brings everyone together… comfortably.
The kitchen anchors the home with an oversized island, a full-size refrigerator, and plenty of room for snacks, meals, and late-night conversations.
It flows right into the main living space, making it easy to gather after a beach day. A two-car garage adds space for parking and all the beach extras.
With five bedrooms and four baths, there’s room for families to spread out. The primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-style bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms include private baths, while the remaining rooms feature bunk setups designed for maximum fun.
In Seagrove Beach, Endless Summer keeps you close to favorite beaches and dining, while giving you a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.
At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple: clean, comfy stays with a local team always close by. Our office is nearby, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything.
