Inside, the main level sets an easy rhythm with generous gathering space, a dry bar stocked with a wine fridge and ice maker, and a chef-friendly kitchen with premium appliances and a large island built for conversation. Dark hardwood floors and white shiplap keep things crisp and coastal.
A serene primary suite, king, sits on this level with a spa-style bathroom, along with a convenient powder room.

We hand a refrigerator issue and the oversee team sent out a repairman the next morning and we were up and running! Very responsive and kind. I love this property. The decor was beautiful and the parking worked out very well. I loved being so close to the pool, literally 3 houses away could easily throw a stone to the pool. Great location. The team left us gifts like water cups and beach towels. Loved the trolley picking us up at our front door and delivering us back anytime we wanted. They were so kind to let us load our huge coolers and chairs etc onto the trolley, even helped us lift it! Cannot wait to go back!

68 E Royal Fern Way was a nice home on a quiet street located 4 doors down from the Dragonfly pool, which was a nice amenity. Also, the trolly was very convenient to getting to the beach club, or anywhere else on Watercolor property.

Overall, the house was really good. Very spacious, new, well furnished and great location to Dragnonfly pool.

We loved the location and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the large screened-in porch! Unfortunately, the pool beside the house was closed for maintenance, so we had to use other pools in the neighborhood. The Boathouse pool was very nice!
