Easy Breezy is a classic, 60s-era, lakefront beach house that’s been renovated while maintaining its original charm. The large deck, with jaw-dropping views of Eastern Lake and the gorgeous beach directly behind it, is one of the many highlights of this unique, contemporary house.

To get to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf’s shore, simply paddle across this rare coastal dune lake. Super easy! Or take a quick walk down the street to get to the beach. Eastern Lake is available for boating of all kinds, except jet skis.

The house is close to a public boat ramp, where paddleboards and kayaks are welcome, and the fishing is great!

Inside, almost every room also has incredible views, including the very spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, which opens to the large ‘Florida room’. Down the hall, both guest rooms, king, also open to the Florida room, which has a pair of twins with trundle beds.

Tucked on the edge of Eastern Lake, Easy Breezy is just a couple blocks from 30A.

We just left our amazing stay with Oversee. This was a last minute reservation as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. They were very accommodating. If there was anything missing they had someone drop it off that day. They are very responsive and communicative. I would 100% use them again and would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though the house is a classic cinderblock home from the 60s, it has so much charm and character. Everything inside feels fresh and updated ‚Äî all new appliances and super comfortable beds. The deck overlooking the lake was our favorite spot. It felt very private, almost like having our own nature reserve! We saw birds, crabs, lizards, and fish right from the backyard. We rented paddle boards and could go straight to the beach from the lake, which was such a fun bonus. We also enjoyed biking around the area. There‚’s no pool or pool access, but the peaceful lake setting more than made up for that. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for a large group, all ages, or small group like ours. Also brought our dog. Beautiful views from all rooms of Eastern Lake and could see the ocean from many, especially the deck. Good fishing for any age, even off the bridge. Will be back!

This location is a gem. The deck was our favorite hangout for morning coffee and evening cocktails. There was a lovely breeze coming off the lake. We used the bikes a lot. Beach was fantastic and not overcrowded. Comfy beds. Nice outdoor shower too.

Had a very comfortable stay here. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is directly on Eastern Lake. Beach access is a quick stroll down the street, and it is a nice walking neighborhood. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot on Eastern Lake! We really enjoyed our stay – so much to do in the 30A area and only a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves at the beach, yet enjoy the shade and privacy of this lovely spot on one of Florida’s rare coastal dune lakes.

We absolutely loved our stay at Easy Breezy! The charming house is an open floor plan ranch. The house was immaculate. The lake and ocean view from the large windows is postcard worthy! We loved to hangout together on the deck. We grilled out a couple of times. The have both a gas grill and propane. The grill was even super clean! we rented a kayak and stand up battle board and took them out on the Eastern Lake daily. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding together. The neighborhood is gorgeous, the beach and water were perfection! We look forward to returning and will definitely rent Easy Breezy again! The staff at Oversee was so helpful, responsive, and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful week!

It was good. We stayed here once before and my family requested that we stay here again. We have Kayaks and SUPs so the small dock allows us easy access. We all like to play in the lake off the dock for the water is shallow enough for the younger children. We appreciate the 3 bicycles provided. The view from the deck is fantastic. We can see the beach and gulf. It is quiet on the lake. My children and grandchildren not only were able to kayak and take the SUPs to the beach….they were also to swim to the beach. It is a relatively small, yet quite roomy, and very quiet house made of cement block which is also attractive to us. We hope to stay here for the 3rd time.

My husband and our 2 college age daughters enjoyed a week in Easy Breezy in July 2021. The house is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, tons of towels, 3 bikes and an awesome deck. It’s about a 2 minute bike ride or 5’ish minute walk to the beach access. The house is pet friendly so we brought our two pups along for the fun.Overall it was a very pleasant rental.

The view is so awesome here you don’t have to be in a hurry to go to the beach. You can also get in a kayak or paddle board and take an easy trip to the beach at the outflow area. Great location also for going out to shop and eat. Really nice and quiet place and we plan to return.

My wife and I loved Easy Breezy. The location on Eastern Lake was fantastic and the evening sunsets are the best on 30A. We had read the previous reviews and the only deficiency we noted was the lack of cookware. That is not the case anymore. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The house is best described as a traditional Florida beach house that has been very tastefully remodeled. The location is on a quiet street which is great for walks. We were very satisfied with everything during our December stay. Thanks.

Easy Breezy was a great house on the inside. Perfect for our family of 4 and small dog as far as location and interior goes. It was very clean and easy to keep clean. Its on a great spot on the lake and made for fantastic sunsets and easy trips to the beach via the kayak that we rented. We did wish that the dock was slightly bigger for fishing and that the yard was more manicured. The grill was nice to have since we weren’t going out much due to coronavirus, however the kitchenware including pots and pans was sparse and not very good quality. This is a very small thing, but the house did not have a broom. It would have been nice to be able to sweep sand, etc throughout the week. We thought Oversee did a great job. They always provided good customer service and had everything well organized for us. We would recommend this property to family and friends and would like to stay there again.

The place was perfect for us. Loved the deck and view. Big open kitchen, dining and living to do things as a group. We loved the many windows facing the gulf and with the trees perfectly spaced, you didn’t get the glaring sun heating up the house. Definitely going back.

After viewing Easy Breezy online, cottage was much more than anticipated. Upon entering cottage, the interior was bright, cheerful and open with immediate views of beautiful dune lake & partial beach from all rooms. Loved the sun room which spanned the width of cottage; a great place to sit and read; also nice to have several sitting areas outside. Management thought of everything, from having music playing on tv upon arrival to ample supplies; loved the abundance of fluffy towels and full size washer and dryer plus a great gas grill. Very clean and apparently recently updated. Would love to come back & would probably rent a kayak for lake; very relaxing & short walk to beach access. The week passed way too quickly; was great for our border collie too.

A well maintained cement block house (older/not as modern which is part of its charm)….Deck with probably the best view on the lake. Easy access to the beach via kayak, paddle board, biking and walking. Two private bedrooms but I loved sleeping on the sun porch with the early morning sunshine to wake me. Open floor plan. Wonderful indoor table that could easily seat 11 of us ( only 6 stayed in the house). It was great to have 3 bikes at our disposal. The shallow water and the dock made it easy for the younger children to play in the water and for us to put in our kayaks and paddle boards. We typically cook in and found that we would have wished we brought more of our favorite cooking utensil…other than that there were plenty of plates, glasses, cups and silverware. The property management was very quick to respond to our needs when we had them. We have been going to the 30A off and on for almost 50 years(yearly for 25 years) and to Eastern lake for the past 6 years and think it is the best of all worlds. We would love to stay at this house again.

I love these older beach cottages, Easy Breezy was nicely updated! Beds were great and the home is nicely decorated. We were also able to bring our dog (huge plus). The best part was the view and access to the beach. We brought our kayak and paddled across the lake to the beach every day. If this property is available on our next visit to Seagrove Beach – we will be here!.
