At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Seacrest, Dare to Dream makes vacation life easy, especially when the private beach is just a 59-second golf cart ride away (yes, someone timed it).
Surrounded by Watersound and Alys Beach, with plenty of spots to eat, shop, and wander. Out back, a private, shady patio is made for lazy afternoons, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and zero rush to be anywhere.
Inside, the living area is roomy and relaxed, the kitchen’s fully stocked, and the dining table fits seven. On the main floor, there’s a guest room, queen, with French doors to the backyard, and a playful bunk room down the hall that’s made for the kids (or kids-at-heart). They share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs, the primary suite is all yours, complete with a private bath, dual vanity, and another tub/shower combo for end-of-day unwinding.
Oversee 30A is local, responsive, and always a text away. We’re here every day to help keep things smooth, and our 24/7 emergency line is ready just in case something weird happens (like a toaster rebellion).

We had a great stay at this home in Seacrest! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just a short golf cart ride to the beach and close to everything 30A has to offer. It was a perfect setup for our family vacation. There was plenty of parking spots each day at the beach access. Once you open the gate, you can see how beautiful the water and beach are. 10/10.
A few small things to note: the kitchen was missing some basic essentials like salt and pepper, cooking oil, and simple condiments, which would‚’ve made cooking a little easier. Also, a fiber optic crew was scheduled to do work at the house from 8‚Äì10 AM on our check-out day, which wasn‚’t ideal as we were packing up and trying to get out.
Overall though, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dare to Dream! The home was just as pictured and described. The home has a well-stocked kitchen with great appliances, however, we chose to enjoy the great restaurants in the area. The home was clean and all needed amenities were provided. The neighborhood is quiet and beach access is close. Oversee is amazing to work with. The Guest Portal provides all needed information in a concise manner and communication is easy. We look forward to staying at Dare to Dream in the future!

Our family spent a week staying in Dare to Dream, and we had the best time. The house was very clean, stocked nicely, and was in the perfect location. The little added gifts were so thoughtful. We contacted Oversee with a few questions and the response time was almost immediate. It was so nice being able to talk to someone local and have our questions answered promptly. We are already planning to book this home again, through Oversee, next year! It was above and beyond our expectations! We had a great trip!

We had the best experience. The home was clean and perfect. The golf cart was so great to have. Made our beach trips so convenient. The beach access is close and easy! Management was prompt when I had questions. It truly is the best location as we were close to so many great restaurants and areas with live music, etc. The house had everything we needed for our trip. We will absolutely be staying here again. We have ZERO complaints!

Dare to dream was the perfect beach home. It was very tastefully decorated and had plenty of room for our family of four. The golf cart was very nice to transport to and from the beach. I would like to mention there are nearly 50 stairs to climb up and down to get to the beach. Our kids are older so this was not an issue for us. The beach is very beautiful here, quiet, and very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back to this area again soon. We love the charm of 30A and enjoy the small town feel!

The company was fantastic to work with. We had to leave one day early due to the COVID-19 issue and needing to be back home. They were helpful and understanding. The house was clean/ fantastic location /great response time. We will definitely go back!

Dare to Dream was a dream location for our family of 6 over our spring break. Set back on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, the beach was a quick golf cart ride away. There was ample parking for the golf cart along the fence in the parking lot of the condos across the road and we were able to easily access the beach from the entrance across from Seacrest Drive. We enjoyed riding bikes to Alys Beach, Rosemary, and The Hub. These places seemed to offer outdoor concerts and movie nights throughout the week so check out the schedules while you’re here. The house was a lovely spot to land at the end of the day and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. The bedroom set up gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had no issues with the WiFi as others had stated. The rental company was friendly and organized and their app made checking in and out a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was excellent. It was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were outstanding. We had three guest in the house and everyone committed about the comfort of the beds. The location is also a positive. It is convenient to hwy 98 and a lot of restaurants.

Our stay was perfect! Just the right amount of space for our family. Great location. The only thing I would suggest is for there to be an additional lock on the front door. Our 15 month old could open the door from the inside since it only had the key lock pad and no way to lock from the inside. Otherwise the house was perfect, we would definitely stay here again. The convenience of the app for checking in & property info was very nice to have.

Our family of five had a wonderful experience at Dare to Dream. It is located on a very quiet street. It is a beautiful home. We enjoyed the bicycles and having a golf cart to go to the beach. It made it very convenient. We went to the beach every day and at different times of the day. It is basically a private beach. At times, we were the only ones on the beach (this is during July!).On the negative side, the internet is weak and appears to be a DSL connection. If you need to send any sort of basic email, you will need to bring your own “hot spot”. Also, the kitchen has basic essentials. If you want to cook, you may need to bring your can opener, favorite skillet, etc.Overall, this is a lovely home. It is a great value and we would rent again.If I could make one suggestion, the owner may want to be more specific on where to park the golf cart for the beach. Luckily, we met a nearby home owner who was kind enough to show us where to park it.

Great place….nice, new and clean. The beds are comfy with nice sheets. the Kitchen flows well into the TV area, but more knives/cutting boards, pots and pans would be nice. the beach is not really w/in walking distance, but having the golf cart makes that issue not a problem one.
