Welcome to Cottage Breeze, your happy place in Seacrest. Tucked between the buzz of Rosemary Beach and the calm of Watersound, this three-bedroom, three-bath cottage is ready for laid-back days and salty hair.
Start your morning with a quick walk to the private beach access and let the Gulf wake you up. When the sun gets high, cool off in the community pool or soak in the hot tub like you’re on permanent vacation.
Ready to explore? Hop on one of the three complimentary bikes and cruise over to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach for coffee runs, boutique browsing, or lunch at The Big Chill. There’s always something happening along 30A.
After a day of sand and sunshine, kick back on the balcony with an evening cocktail or gather inside to cheer on your team or watch a movie together.
With its clean coastal style and comfy layout, Cottage Breeze makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.
Located just four blocks west of Watersound Parkway, it’s close to everything you love about 30A – but still feels like your own private escape.

My wife and I absolutely loved our week-long stay at this beautiful beach house! We were joined by our two college-aged daughters, who each brought a friend, and the house was perfect for our group.
The location couldn’t have been better—just steps across the street from the stunning white sand beach, with access to a secluded private community pool that was peaceful and never crowded. Being right on 30A made it easy to enjoy the area’s fantastic restaurants, shops, and everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.
The home was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We made wonderful memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a great 30A getaway. Five stars all the way!

Great spot if you want to be away from a majority of the 30A crowd but still close enough to everything to not feel like you are driving forever. Beach access is across the street and down a bit so a little harder with younger kids who need to be carried. Having pool access without it being right at the house was perfect and was easy to walk to.

House was lovely and location was great, closer to Alys/Rosemary but also easy to get to Seaside. Loved having 3 full baths, one for each bedroom. Wish the house had come with enough beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and bikes for the 5 of us. There were 3 bikes available, and they gifted us 2 beach towels but no chairs/umbrellas. We purchased and left some, so maybe the next renters will benefit. Beach access is down the way east of the neighborhood (we could not find access through the condos as we were told), but still a quick walk. This section of beach was way less congested than further west every day that we were there which was nice. The cottages were quaint and quiet. Pool is nice, not a ton of chairs available fyi. Management company was always very responsive!

We had an absolutely delightful time. The house was beautiful, very convenient to the beach. Oversee had incredibly fast response times. The house having three complimentary bikes was very nice

The home was decorated so nice! Home is small and kitchen is very small if you plan to cook for a large family, it would be challenging. There are no beach chairs, wagon or items to use for beach so bring your own! One of the bikes seat was loose and nothing to tighten it so had to forgo riding. We only used the pool once for about an hour. It was too cold to stay in. Not heated.

Great stay! Very responsive. There wasn‚’t an item that was listed as an amenity. It showed up on the doorstep the next morning. Beautiful home. The AC unit is loud, may need some TLC but it cranks cold and the house was very comfortable. Outside shower was great after the very short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and everything else was great!
