Welcome! Coral Reef is on the south side of 30A, just steps from the beautiful beaches, in the gated Seashore Village community of Seagrove Beach. This 3-story, 6-bedroom home is sure to be a delight for the whole family. It’s available for a few days, a week, or extend your stay for a month (or more).
Just a short, easy walk from the home is your own private beach. The crystal-clear water is complimentary, as are the beach chairs with umbrella, from March thru October.
These will be set up for you to enjoy daily. Very nice service.
Need immediate comfort? Hop into the gated pool. It’s privately owned and shared by our other two houses, Dolphin Run, and Seashell Castle. With brand-new lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs, sit back, keep an eye on the kids, and relax in comfort. Rested? Then jump on one of the complimentary bikes and go check out the local scene.
Inside, the second and third-floor decks have stunning views of the gulf. The 50” fireplace creates heat and ambience. The second-floor deck extends the length of the house from the primary suite, king, to the guest room, queen. Ever wake up to a Gulf breeze, and the smell of the salt air? Divine.

Great week in Seagrove at Coral Reef! Our group of 14 made use of every inch of this property Including the pool across the driveway, the private beach entrance a few yards away and included beach chairs for 2. The beds, the bedding, the AC the fully stocked kitchen all made the week a fun getaway in our favorite spot! Oversee property management was so attentive left a few “thank you” items for us and the communication before during and after our stay was awesome. Love this little beach community and look to rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Reef! The place was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and the pool right outside our front door basically. The A/C stopped working on the 2nd and 3rd level so we called and they responded right away sending a service truck out and it was fixed pretty quick! We were impressed. The A/C worked great the rest of out time. The decor was beachy, tasteful and minimal. We would love to come again!

We had a great stay here during Spring break. Plenty of room for the 10 people we had on our trip. Location was perfect – quick, easy walk to the beach (without having to cross the street) and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We stayed in Coral Reef a few years ago. We loved it then, we love it now. OMG! What a remarkable transformation! We love, love, love, the new Coastal feel. The entire house was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee pot (happy dance). The fire place, and the gas grill was a great surprise. I can’t wait to come back next year. Coral Reef is a place you definitely want to stay in!

Visited in mid-April. Place has been updated extensively inside. It is a huge house right off 30-A, but 90 feet to the walkway down to the beach. Newer appliances, furniture and fixtures. Wide open layout on first floor and includes a bedroom back behind the kitchen (perfect for those who don’t like stairs). Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 super clean baths and a KILLER deck that looks out over the pool. The palm trees grew right thru the deck! Our kids were old enough we could watch them at the pool – from either the 2nd floor or 3rd floor deck in this house. All the amenities you would expect in a higher end place. The beach was private and a guy set up chairs and umbrellas every day for us. This is a quieter part of the coast, kid friendly and a long stretch of beach in either direction for walking. The house is part of a gated community of maybe 8 other houses. All were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to 2 places for food (breakfast and dinner), and Seaside/Watercolor was a short drive away. (You have to PAY to get on their beach – ridiculous!) Rosemary beach is developing out really nice to the south and it’s just a short drive away also. Plenty of parking and 3 free bikes. This place just has a lot of room to spread out and move around. After a 7 hour drive from GA, it was nice to be able to throw a football outside 30 feet from the front door. All the bedding is white to be bleached and cleaned easier, but it was spotless anyway. Everything you need for a mellow weekend (or a week) is here, without the high-rise / line-for-the-elevator / crowd ****. Easy in – easy out. Already booked our next trip down here and can’t wait to get back. Would have given the management company 5 stars, but the multitude of emails I got after booking weren’t really needed.

Our family extremely enjoyed our stay at the Coral Reef location at Seagrove Beach. We were pleasantly surprised just how nice the house layout was to accommodate the entire family. Very roomy and a great location to the beach area. Having complimentary beach chairs ready for us each day made it much more relaxing to make our way to the beach at our leisure and not have to rush Down to set up our chairs, etc. The complimentary bikes were a plus as we used them every day. All in all I would recommend Coral Reef Beach House at Seagrove Beach Fla.

We had a wonderful visit for our sons Senior Spring Break. The beach home was well furnished, spacious and my bed was super comfy! Excellent location, only steps from the beach and steps from brunch, lunch or dinner! Would stay again!

I brought my in-laws, one of which has dementia, my mother and 3 teen children with my husband and I. King size beds are comfortable but others, not so much. 2nd floor king bedroom has loud road noise. Not quite beachfront but easy walk without crossing any roads. There was a party of teens at another house nearby that was annoying but not under control of this property.
