Welcome to Coastal Blue 422, a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, resting within a secluded and gated beachfront resort in Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy peaceful beachside living with top-notch amenities, including a gulf front pool, hot tub, and private beach access!
Convenience is prioritized with an elevator in the parking garage, making it easy to reach the top-floor. Extra parking is available near the basketball court, and guests are welcome to use the onsite gym. Enjoy a stroll on the pristine sands, just steps away.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Beautifully decorated, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and a gorgeous view from the patio. Having the beach chair/umbrella to use each day was such a great amenity. The location is really perfect. There are restaurants, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets close by. Dont miss Topsail State Park for a glimpse of what the emerald coast was like pre-development; breathtaking. Oversee is responsive, helpful and so gracious. Thank you Halley and Joey.

This condo was so nice! It was a great amount of space for our family. We like to lounge in our place of stay and the open kitchen, dinning, living area and balcony made that very comfortable. The complimentary beach towel and yeti-like cup was SO sweet of Oversee to provide for us. The ice machine worked great- very important at the beach. 🙂 The three full bathrooms made it very nice for all to have! The parking garage, security, pool and beach access were wonderful. Plenty of towels and linens. Plenty of space in the master to store suite cases. We loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Coastal Blue 422!! The condo was so beautiful & homey. It was very spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect…just steps to the pool, hot tub, & amazing private beach on the gulf and also convenient to restaurants & shopping. Oversee management was very responsive & helpful. They thought of every convenience with plenty of towels, toiletries, & paper products. They supplied bikes to ride. They had perfect made beds. They leave beach towels & cups as gifts for guests. They have thought of everything! They really make a guest feel special!

The kitchen and dining area was spacious enough for us to entertain guests. We had everything we needed and more. The location was so convenient to our favorite restaurants and shopping. We visit this area every year and this is by far our favorite condo. Will definitely stay here next year!

Everthing was top notch! The photos were exactly what we saw for ourselves. Can’t beat the view and the location- amazing sunsets! This condo was perfect! We loved the location and especially the ease of walking inside to the boardwalk leading right to the beach! The beach was so nice and private! The decor was so beautiful, serene and peaceful. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The condo was very spacious and we all enjoyed the very comfortable beds!! We loved the large TV! Check in and out was very easy. Words really can’t describe how wonderful this place is!!! It’s definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed. We had an incredible week!

Coastal Blue 422 was fantastic! This condo in Blue Mountain Beach had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal, right by the beach with a heated pool and hot tub. It felt luxurious yet cozy inside, with beautiful decor and comfy beds. The private balcony overlooking the Gulf was our favorite spot to relax. The management was friendly and helpful too, making sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful retreat!
